This company probably exists for people who don't want to pay brand prices & for people who have done their research. I bought an adaptor for my hubbie's EV charger (from mitzabishit to tesla) and boom- works a treat and at a much more sensible price. I'm sure if you do your homework you'll also find it a perfect solution. Hubby happy (amazed actually) so no complaints from my side.

The woman on the phone is very rude even laughed at me a few times because I wasn't sure what I'm looking for and can't actually explain the product to me all in all just poor customer service do not recommend shop else where for a professional service and product

I waited two weeks for the product to arrive. The cable never worked- it's faulty! I sent the cable back to the company. The company refuses to provide the refund, stating they want to repair it. I am raising it with my bank now. The products and customer service are awful.

I ordered and installed 6No Rolec twin socket basic pedestal purchased from EVonestop. One socket on one pedestal did not work. We sent EVonestop a video which was then sent to Rolec. Rolec confirmed the mode 3 controller was faulty and to purchase one from EVonestop even though the pedestals were under warranty, EVonestop replied, no stock until May !!!! I then contact Rolec who sent one FOC. Very poor service from EVonestop who will not answer the phone, they can only work via email and then ignore you.

I ordered a cable to extend my external EV charger reach. The cable male end did not fit the type 2 female I have at home. On checking, it seems that their cables are only suitable for Rolec chargers, so be careful when ordering. They have refused to take the cable back into stock, even though it's never been 'used'. I will pursue via trading standards, but beware, they are not very helpful.
Poor communication and after sales
I wished I had looked at the reviews before buying! Error after error made throughout by EVOneStop. I did say that communication was lacking from office to factory. Blamed Factory Manager.
Bought 4 hookup boxes and 2 of them arrived with missing parts. After extensive emails and photographs eventually was sent out parts needed. Clueless on Consumer Rights Act 2015. When challenged on poor service, was told that “they didn’t like being spoken to like that”. Asked for my complaint to be dealt by a manager and nothing heard afterwards.
I did try to be as courteous as I could be but there comes a time when enough is enough. Had to prompt as ordered on 19th January and had not received any indication of delivery on 6th February 2023. I wish I had gone elsewhere to be honest.
Awful company to deal with, dangerous products
I unfortunately bought a cable (32A type 2) through EV One Stop, after two months it would overheat when charging at 32A.
This cable was clearly dangerous yet when they “tested” it, of course there was nothing wrong with it. They couldn’t care less and just sent the dangerous cable back out, and then lost it (for the second time).
Nobody would tell me what “tests” had been carried out on the cable, and frankly I have no trust in this company or it’s shoddy products.
The customer service team appear to have no understanding of consumer rights laws, or if they do they don’t care at all. I think they’d rather just fob customers off with dangerous goods (which looking through the comments they’ve done multiple times) in the hope nobody can be bothered to take them to court.
Had they not lost the cable and finally returned my money, I certainly would have been getting legal advice (I was actually looking forward to exactly this as they’re so obnoxious).
Also be aware that this company and Rolec (who make and “test” their cables) are in the same building, but claim to be separate companies.

Yes, I have read the bad reviews here and elsewhere, but here's my feedback after using a product bought here 6 months ago.
I had purchased a Type 1 to Type 2 10 metre long charging cable so i could plug my car in for charging to the charging unit which is situated a few spaces away.
Ordering process was simple, and item was promptly despatched by DPD with online tracking. It got delivered on time.
It had been 6 months since purchase and I have made at least 50 charging sessions since (5-7kw charging). Every time Car was charged without trouble and touch wood I have not had a need to go back to Customer Services about anything (so can't speak about that part of the support process).
The 10 metre cable is heavy but that is expected given the energy it is supposed to be transmitting.
Yet another appalling experience, don't do it to yourself.
Sadly I can only add another poor review for this company, with a similar experience to others on here. I had the cable for a couple of months before it started getting so hot it shut down the EVSE. Using the same EVSE with the same car but a different cable the cable doesn't even get warm (the EV onestop cable is a 10m one allowing me to park more cars on the drive).
Armed with this I expected the retailer to replace the cable, but no. They had it shipped to Rolec the manufacturer (who are mysteriously in the same building as them) to "Test" it, finding no fault they tried it on a car in the car park at an unknown rate and pronounced it fine. This was after losing the cable for a couple of weeks for good measure.
I asked them several times what "tests" they carried out, along with how the car park test was monitored, but they just decided that there was nothing wrong with it so shipped it back to me. The cable never arrived which then started a couple of weeks of nothing before they finally refunded the cost of the cable. The whole debacle took over two months of me having to move cars about every time I wanted to charge (not the worst thing in the world but irritating).
It's a shame they lost the cable as I was looking forward to going to trading standards with the case, just down to the appalling customer service they provide, they don't even know, and certainly do not abide by consumer laws.
I also had the "just ignore them" attitude when things went wrong and they had no idea what they were doing.
I would never buy anything from these guys or Rolec (though they're basically the same company) again.
Sent a faulty cable
Sent a faulty cable. Both our electrician and mechanic confirmed it was faulty. Took a video of the cable not working for customer services. Sent it back. They 'tested' the unit and sent it straight back. Unsurprisingly this hadn't fixed the issue. Now they are refusing contact.

Secondly, unable to contact via phone, despite several attempts over three days to explain a wrong item had been sent, a few days after expected delivery. This was followed up three days later with emails and messages saying parcel is on the way. Two days later on day of delivery message advises delivery made a few days previously! The wrong item.
Short email advising to send item back but no apology for their error in sending wrong item and not sending correct items through.
Finally, to top it off despite advising them of several days of availability for collection, they send a short notice message saying collection today. I get someone to my house who waits all day and no one arrives, then get another email advising (as per other posts on here) that the delivery agent had attended - my message from dpd was that no parcel was available to collect at address - and that it was costing them money everytime.
Three weeks later after chargeback threats finally get refund, item I requested never arrived and no apologies for their poor customer services, as per other posts, avoid.

I had a problem which unfortunately was of my own making, however I contacted EV One Stop where I was helped by Tori Young one of the team, unlike some of the sites one has to visit I actually spoke to a real person and for an old man I was over the moon, she was very knowledgeable about the product, solved my issue and the whole experience was a pleasant good natured time for me most of all Tori solved everything for me.

I ve now bought 2 cables supplied by this firm. Both have proven faulty. One within a month of light use.
In addition to supplying poor quality products their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. One of the worst I had to deal with nearly worth calling a "service" . Only by going through Amazon was I able to get a refund on 1st cable. And now having to speak to manufacturer for the second cable as the supplier refuses to involve a manager to handle my dispute over the fault.

Mistake after mistake after mistake
Purchased a rolec charging unit off them and instead of an item worth over £300 I was sent a charging cable around a third of the price.
The issue was eventually resolved 7 days past the time they said it would be resolved.
I was then sent a second charger unit, and being a good human being, I informed them that they sent me an extra one.
I was told 30 minutes after the currier was arranged that they had been to my house to pick up and no one was home. (No thank you for letting them know) The currier was missed and I was told that it costs them money every time they arrange a pick up and I need to take it to a collection point myself. I would have thought saving them £300+ was worth the cost of a currier again.
Well I’ve done that, but to think I’ve gone out of my way to save a company that’s made multiple mistakes on the order I’ve placed, when I could have easily sold it in as they hadn’t a clue they sent me two.
The product of great but the company that sells them is questionable. Or it could have been the woman that responded didn’t have a clue.
Glad I won’t be having to deal with them again.
Do not buy cables from this company
Do not buy cables from this company! You have been warned. Type2 to Type 2 bought from this company..... initially worked fine but then developed a fault and wouldn't charge the car. Sent back and forth to them twice where they would "test" it and say they found no fault so were unwilling to swap for a replacement.....cable still doesn't work and the customer service is shocking. I know its not the car or the charging units as they work fine with other cables.
3 Failed cables within a year and bad customer service
3 EV cables from EV onestop have now failed within a year. The IP rating on the type one connectors is clearly substandard.
Customer service started of ok but after sending a replacement cable half the length and initially refusing to recognise that. They have left me without a cable for 3 weeks now because DPD lost the cable they sent and somehow that is now my problem to suffer. I have since had to spend another £200 just to charge the car because they cannot sort their lives out.
