The staff at Ewbanks were welcoming, friendly and professional throughout the process. Gave me a straight-forward and experienced appraisal of what my memorabilia was honestly worth. And they were right as it turned out. Thank you particularly Tom and John. It was my first time using an auction and I enjoyed it. I wish them well for the future.

So far I have found Ewbanks and, in particular, James Spooner, very professional and knowledgeable.

They have provided me with a lot of their time and free valuations which eventually convinced me to send some cards into auction.

My cards went in and I am just awaiting the money to flow from it.

All in all, I would recommend, they know their stuff and have made it easy and a pleasure to deal with them. Once I have some more items, I will be returning to sell with them.

Ewbanks once again have been so kind in selling some items for our charity, Your Sanctuary in the Vintage clothing sale. They don't charge us any fees to do so, and this is greatly appreciated. A big Thank you to Elena Jackson also, who runs the auction for Vintage clothing.
We desperately need these funds to provide safety and security for domestic abuse survivors.

Matt at Ewbanks help me sell my MK5 Cortina, plus loads of Auto jumble He collected all the jumble, had every item photographed which I was very grateful for, has I was moving abroad.

I just wanted to say thank you to Andrew and team at Eubanks, for the professional way you treated my late father’s toy collection and for the amount achieved from the sale It has been very much appreciated.
I will definitely use them again for anything I wish to sell in the future

If I could do 0 stars I would. If you know anything about comic books you’ll know that a “incredible hulk #181” is a highly valuable book and to win one for 35 pounds is unheard of. Well that’s what happened and then suddenly there was a “clerking”error at the auction house and the sale got canceled,

Not a great experience called 2 times over 2 weeks before I got a call back . When I finally got a call a very aggressive man ( director I believe) had no interest on what my concern was in the item I purchased . All he was raging about was that Ewbanks do auctions on behalf of charity’s and how had I got the nerve to complain about an item that arrived not as described when people were at end of life and the money went to the charity . I tried to explain the only reason I bought the item was because of the charity and the great job they do . He had no interest in trying to correct the issue . The individual shouted and was very unpleasant. Would not use again .

I have been buying and selling with US auction companies for over twenty years and have just lately tried Eubanks. I was impressed with their professionalism and fast service and was pleased with the results from my first auction. They are head and shoulders above many of the other companies I've dealt with. Will definitely do business with them again.

While accepting they are not alone zi do think a 25% buyers premium plus VAT is too much. An item I was interested had a next bid of £1900, which turned into £2470 with add ons. I did not bid!

Great place to pick up a bargain.

All the items I bought where exactly as described and I was very very pleased with them and the excellent service I received. Thanks and sorry again.

Very helpful staff, I telephoned several times to double check how to make a commission bid and enquire about the condition of a lot that I wanted to bid on. One of the ladies gave me an excellent description of the item and clear instructions for the commission bid. I could not collect the item due to distance but Ewbank’s packaged the item beautifully and it arrived within a week of the auction ending. I am very happy with their service and I will buy from them again.

Ewbanks support us as a small local charity and go above and beyond to help us sell donations we receive.
Their customer service, professionalism and general conduct is outstanding and we cannot thank them enough.
First class service and a huge support in our effort to continue to support people suffering from an acquired brain injuries and their families.
