Too bad this company only offers exchanges or store credit when you're trying to return an unworn item... That shows a company with a major lack in confidence in their own product

Make it where we can can leave a review without giving stars. You don't deserve a star. I feel like I wasted my money and time ordering from them. I haven't received my order yet. Asked about it because I paid for 2 day shipping and my shit still hasn't made it. I'll find a spot close by me if I ever decide to get another pair.

Ordered sneakers and was notified approx one week later they were out of stock. Ordered a different pair and despite what the website said they were not available. Ordered a third and ended up returning them at a cost of 15.00 to me. Sneakers were successfully returned. I was told I would get a store credit. When? How? Can’t see to find any credit on my account. I received another email telling me my money was refunded and it will take 3-5 days to show in my account. Not sure what’s going on with the gift card or refund. Terrible customer service. I am now out the cost of the sneakers and the money to return them and I don’t have the sneakers. Next step is better business bureau. I’d be real careful ordering from Ewing athletics

If i could give negative 100 i would. DO NOT PURCHAS! I admired these shoes when i was a kid and couldn’t wait to get a pair. Ordered the white knicks color 33 high. The send me a half size too big. On top of the immediately can tell the material was horrible and the smell almost knocked me out. The shoes smelled the same way a pair of fake shoes smell. I am highly disappointed. I don’t have enough words to express how bad these shoes were made. This is not what i remembered back in the 90’s.

We placed an order for shoes 12 days ago and have yet to receive them. The first delivery date came and went without any updates. When we contacted customer service, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. A second delivery date was then provided through UPS, but that turned out to be inaccurate as well—the label was created, but the shipment was never actually processed. From what I am seeing, the shoes are still sitting on a dock somewhere.

Tried to buy 3 pairs, was told all done ready to ship. Then a week later messaged to get an update as hadn't had one. And to be told the pair I ordered ( in stock at time of purchase) is now out of stock, no mention of it coming back in or anything. If I hadn't emailed for updates I'd never of know.
No apologies no real communication just a refund. I was planning to buy more each month.

BEWARE, They will not adjust credits for Promo codes even though its all over the website they suggested I return them then buy and again and lost 10 bucks which is absurd! They now only offer STORE CREDIT! Which is another red flag of a bad failing company! Go to the store and buy some jordans. All customer service had to do was adjust the CC and give me a credit, now I would never wear this shoe ever.

Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Ewing. One of the pairs was the wrong color. I would love to have this issue fixed. Order #219266.

I had to come back and change the review I recently wrote. Perhaps the photo was a little brighter than the shoe itself. The shoe however is still pretty amazing, and these are not the first shoes I bought from Ewing. I have been buying shoes from this company for about three years now. The shoes are always incredibly well designed and fun to wear. I highly recommend them if you like high tops!

Garbage quality. Wish I read the reviews as they don't allow for refunds. My fault for not checking in advance. Based upon the other reviews it's catfish marketing. Great photos, but in real life it doesn't match the photos at all.

These shoes are Absolutely amazing i cant wait to get my second pair dont get me wrong jordans are nice but ewings are by far my fav and deff underated

The beautiful burgundy and green ones came with a scuff mark DEAD FRONT N CENTER! I didn't notice it right away because I was stuck on the UGLY @$$ GLOP OF GLUE on the side, right in the beautiful suede. What a heart breaker! I had plans to wear them in 2 days. CHANGE OF PLANS!
I am a 100% disabled veteran and I don't even know when I will be able to get this to the post office! I have to schedule transportation as I live in the STICKS. They have a return policy, but I may not meet the time frame due to my situation and disabilities.

I really wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased furnace website but I got scammed too. Save your heart earn money don't spend at this place because you either going to get the wrong size or not get your shoes. And if you get the wrong size they're going to send you the wrong size again. But now they're doing this thing where they say because you wore them when you didn't so they can't Exchange. Also if you try to write a negative review on their website they won't post it. So save your hard-earned money don't spend here

love the shoes, got into the brand after the yandel announcement and copped a pair! will buy more.

Initially I ordered a size 8 for my boyfriend, they sent a 5. I did the exchange ,I tried to get the same shoe in the size 8, they didn’t have a 8 so I ordered a size 7, sent the size 5 back again. Now I’m trying to get another exchange and can’t get through to the company and on the exchange site it’s telling me that I can’t get another exchange because I already sent a pair back from their mistake. $150 down the drain for a shoe my boyfriend or myself can’t fit. It also sucks because this was my birthday gift to him. I’ll never order from this company again, they are thieves who don’t care about their customers, huge disappointment.

Do not buy.
I ordered my husband a size 8 shoe which is her normal size. We asked for an exchange and sent the shoes back only for them to respond with they weren't excepting the exchange because the shoe was worn. The only way to know a shoe doesn't fit is to try it on. Very disappointed as my husband is a native Jamaican and wanted to support a fellow individual of Jamaican heritage. We will not purchase from the site again and will be contacting our banking institution..

Ordered a size 10, got a size 12. Exchanged them for a size 10 and got a SECOND wrong sized pair of shoes, another size 12.. I wanted a refund at this point, their return policy is very vague but does say return/exchange. Ewing sent out another pair (hopefully they’re the right size for the third time), but said they only do store credit and exchanges.

If you have plenty of time for exchanges and can gamble about $200 on shoes, this store is your jam.

I would never buy from them again or refer anyone to buy the shoes.

Not very responsive to customers questions, and if they do, they come across as arrogant repeating their company policy. Can' t even count the days that have gone by when they try to put you in your place. Order did not arrive (postman just put it in the street and it was gone by the time I got home) Been mailing this sh!t show company for over a week to start an inquiry and they just don't, not even an answer to my mails. I'm so angry, been this way for days and I don' t even understand why, it is clear that this is the postman's fault, but this dumb company is only interested in money and provides absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will certainly be the last time I buy from them so stick your Ewing points.

Never received any of the shoes I ordered. I know others in the same predicament. I think they are in cahoots with the usps worker cause how all these get 'lost in the mail' during delivery?! Then the company tells you to contact usps and then you have to jump through hoops to file a claim. I've seen others I don't know also leave reviews of not receiving their orders either. Something is really fishy. Will never order from there again. I ordered over a month ago and still fighting to get my money back.
