Great taxi service! Abid picked us up from Pershore College, he was early as well! He drove us to Birmingham Airport and we had great conversations along the way. He recommended us to go to Resorts World for the evening so we had something to do except for waiting in our hotel. We had an awesome evening due to his recommendation!

Highly recommend this service. Billy picked me up from Birmingham Airport & I had an hour long journey to Daylesford. I laughed the whole way which made the journey so much shorter. I’ll definitely be using this service again.

Definitely recommend Excelsior, I used them for an airport drop off and pick at a weekend, easy to book online and they came back to my questions straight away. Decently priced too, they even took £5 off for being a lone passenger with just hand luggage. Kamar was my driver for both journeys, what a lovely friendly man, we chatted about allsorts! Picked up on time, waiting at the airport as I came out, kept me informed about his whereabouts throughout. Even had a bottle of water for me on the way back! Excellent efficient service. Communication with Carta (our driver) was immediate and helpful via WhatsApp until we found him. He was clear and easy to understand with a cheerful disposition (no one likes a taxi driver who grumbles).
He predicted our arrival time well and was happy to point out some of the local places of interest as we drove past. Car was clean and comfortable. Radio station wouldn’t have been what we’d have picked, but we didn’t ask for it to be changed… it was his prerogative I guess.

Excellent service! Taxi was 10 minutes early for pickup. The car was spotless and the journey trouble free, as was the return journey. Carta, the driver was courteous, helpful with the suitcases and pleasant to chat to, though not intrusive. I would not hesitate to recommend them for their reliability and their competitiveness. I shall be using them again for certain.
