Excellent Airport transfer
Booked this company for an early morning airport transfer and pick up on return. Excellent service on time and very friendly drivers. Also used at short notice for my brother who had to get from Birmingham to Portsmouth. Within 40 minutes he was on his way. Fantastic service wouldn’t get this with any other company. Many thanks to our drivers really appreciate your service

Fantastic service!
It genuinely couldn't have been better. Email enquiries and calls were answered promptly and dealt with professionally. Our taxi turned up as ordered at 3am on the dot and the driver, Kamar was friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Excelsior highly enough. A definite 5/5 experience.

After carefully checking our records, we have been unable to find any booking under your name or any journey matching the details described in your review. For that reason, we believe this review has been left for the wrong business.
A few minutes of research will show that Excelsior Cars is a family-run private hire company based in Wednesbury, West Midlands, licensed by Walsall Council. The company you are most likely referring to is Excelsior Cars and Couriers, which operates in London. These are two completely separate businesses with no connection or association whatsoever. This can easily be verified on Companies House.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Because the two companies have similar names, we have previously received reviews that were intended for the London company. Once customers realised the mistake and checked the facts, those reviews were removed.
We have proudly served our customers for over 10 years, building our reputation on reliability, punctuality and excellent customer service. During that time, we have earned nearly a thousand genuine five-star reviews across Google, Trustpilot, Facebook and other review platforms.
We welcome genuine feedback, whether positive or negative, when it relates to a real customer experience. However, it is unfair for our business to receive a review that appears to relate to a completely different company located over 100 miles away and licensed by a different local authority. We are proudly licensed by Walsall Council and have never been associated with the London business.
We respectfully ask that you please double-check which company you used. If this review was intended for the London business, we would be grateful if you could remove or amend it so that it reflects the correct company.

Fabulous experience
Fabulous experience. Booked online for airport transfers the night before. Received a phone call assuring me they had availability. Paid online then had a text with confirmation and the drivers details. Drivers were very friendly and overall so much less stress than driving and airport parking. We will use again!

Our first time using Excelsior Cars, we couldn't fault them, Kamar our early morning driver (04:15) was lovely, he was on time and very helpful.
Billy picked us up from the Airport, what a smashing and funny fella, it was a pleasure being driven by both drivers, we will definitely be using Excelsior Cars again and recommending them to our Friends. Thank you for your excellent service.

Very pleased with the service. Kept informed once booked and process to follow as we had a return pick up from Birmingham airport.. It was a early morning pickup and driver shakeel was bang on time to pick me and the family and return Bilal was there as soon as we landed.. Will certainly use again. Highly recommended.
