Postings are recycled from other locations and never saw a single advertised position that was unique to this site. For $60 per month, this falls in to "scam" territory.

Found lots of great candidates. Simple and easy to use interface. Low cost.

Diversity of job opportunities including ones outside the US and non-profit opportunities

Despite being told last year that I wished to cancel my subscription and refusing to cancel a few days after the annual subscription started, they went ahead and charged me an annual subscription again this year!
Total fraud!
