Unethical and useless. Nothing but job listings you can get elsewhere. No other support. Rude customer service.

Exec thread provides a curated list of positions seeking highly valued talent in many geographies. I appreciate the access they have to C-Level roles and board roles. I have been using it actively as a monthly subscriber and recommend it.

Signed up for the annual plan, didn't get a lot out of it, canceled my account well before the annual renewal, they sent no acknowledgement, silently charged my card a month later for a full year (nearly $500) without notice. I asked them to cancel again as soon as I noticed it, they refuse to refund any of it. Disputed with my credit card, and because ExecThread sends no acknowledgement of cancellation and I had no reason to think they'd keep charging me it's their word against mine.

Poor promotional practices and unethical billing -as others have noted below. Little more than a reposting of roles available else where. This is my 2nd or 3rd time trying them and I was on a "promotional 2-mo" plan that then got charged before the period was up - tried to get a refund and was told no.

The user experience is excellent. Very easy to navigate. Great insight in weekly updates from the founder. Relevant material.

Unethical billling, rude customer service, bad to worst quality of job listing, scammers. Please stay away from this website if you are looking about serious jobs. You will be scammed and charged for services that you didn't get.

ExecThread has been instrumental in giving me amazing board members. We have built our board all from ExecThread and these board members are doing an incredible job moving our nonprofit forward! We have had a few we have had to weed out over the past year and a half, but who we have ended up with are truly committed, talented, engaged board members.

Exec Thread is nothimg more than a re-lister of potential positions that candidates have to subscribe and pay to view.

ExecThread’s membership service line has been very responsive in helping me navigate the platform.

I paid for a membership just to access details for a job listing that seemed like an exclusive job listing. Once I paid, I found the real job listing was something I already applied for and publicly available. Execthread had disguised just enough of the job details so I couldn't figure out if it was the exact same job. Don't waste your money here, there is no worthwhile job opportunity that would post here that isn't already on LinkedIn or reputable job board!

Fraudulent websites relying on job seekers' desperation. There are 2 of these websites I regret even knowing of - Execthread and Experteer.

The service is remotely useful. The only money they make is the accidental payments done due to trial period lapses. It's a shame I fell into this trap.

Great topic. Rudimentary advise. Your audience is accomplished executives who already know and practice all the methods you all stated. What is needed are insider attributes, wording, processes, and actions known only to experienced, accomplished, and retained recruiters.

The overall presentation was good but can offer little more insight for people to be more interested to get enrolled. The presentation should talk about the tips on small companies and big companies. People who worked in big companies get the first priority because based on their experience and resume speak a lot with big name on their resume. However, the people who never got opportunity with big companies but are very capable struggle at times to get the door open with big companies in the competitive market. The fees were bit higher because those are unemployed for them would be difficult to handle and they are in the most need to find a job.

It was basically a sales pitch for a very expensive coach. Didnt have much useful information.

I've always found Alan to be inspiring. His passion for wanting to help others and his unique framework for finding jobs quickly draws me in.
