Amazing responsivity from the company, always answering quickly and taking initiative concerning the order.

The figure arrived well packed and in great condition. While the prices weren't the cheapest I could find, considering the rarity of the figure I ordered it was definitely worth the extra cost to have it arrive safely. I was very relieved to find that it was actually the legitimate figure as well.

I received the figures I ordered within 2 weeks and they were packaged nice and safely, thus arriving in perfect condition.
Definitely might use this shop again in the future when looking for figures.

They offer free shipping but the delivery is fast. It arrived in the US in less than 2 weeks. The figure is surrounded by air columns for protection. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Really fast shipping only concern was the package as the box it was shipped was in bad condition but figure was undamaged even with the scare.

I had doubts about this website. It sounded too good to be true, they had figures that were out of stock everywhere. But, I still tried and bought a figure. I received it a month later. It was all legit, it was the official figure. They answered all my emails very fast.

The negative point is that the package was barely protected. It was just the original box with a mere, small, layer of bubble wrap. It's a miracle my figure didn't break honestly. If you trust that the official box of the figure can withstand the the whole delivery (as mine was able to), then it's fine. Otherwise I don't recommend trying your luck.

Also be careful because, as written on the website, you have to pay taxes at delivery which can add to the price quite a bit (30~40€).

I purchased my figure on Saturday, and they shipped it on Sunday! ! Customer service is also quick to respond on weekends. This is very good.

There wasn't much I had to complain about with my experience. The shipping was rather fast, support as well, and the figure was the real thing. The one complaint would be that I don't know if it happened before or during shipping, but the figures plastic box within the cardboard box was broken and a small piece of the figure broke off. It's not very noticeable and I would be willing to buy from Exfigure again.

My myethos Skadi arrived in 1 week. Her box is huge, so free shipping is great.
Exfigure reduces the declared value, so the import cost is so low. The only regret is that they don't offer pre-order, otherwise, I would order more.

Don't by anything from this website, they are located in china, you have to pay extra taxes at delivery (37€). My product came with some paint defects, they want me to return the product and doesn't want to pay the shipping for return. Customer service are awful and don't even excuse for the problem, i have serious doubts on the authenticity of the product.. So don't by from china, choose certified sellers.
