I ordered a present for my granddaughter before Christmas and the delivery company said it was delivered.
It wasn't.
So it tried to track it, they told me to
check my neighbourhood.
Look behind bushes
Look in garages
And check my nearest post office.

I belong to a neighbourhood watch on WhatsApp... no sign of it.
All my neighbours know me.

All garages are locked.
What delivery person would come in to someone's garden and hide a parcel behind a Bush!

All gardens have gates in my neighbourhood.
The tracking number they gave me is not recognised by the post office.
The tracking company they gave is on trust pilot as scammers.
The goods were on sale for £8 but by the time I paid tax on it and the delivery charge it came to £21.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered and paid for a jacket 17 th July ,so over 8 weeks ago really unacceptable ,I would not recommend

Very poor will not supply a returns label, told me to give it to someone else it may fit as oversized and no refund.

Terrible, overcharged me to start, item arrived, very thin, stitched incorrectly and unwearable, cannot be returned and offered £4 in compensation, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered on the 22nd March and still not arrived (29th April) it says it has been in Birmingham Uk for 10 days!! Not happy

I made my order in early March it is now end of April and it has been stuck in Lincoln for10 days, I am a couple of hours away from there , beginning to think this company is a scam , if the item arrives I will update 🤞

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered two boilersuits on offer. It was advertised with a well-known fashion influencer, she has no contract with them. The fabric is see-through, extremely thin and cheap, it has a hole and the measurements are completely wrong and everything about it is a scam. One item never arrived and the other is a disaster. I was "offered" to send the item back to China at my own expense. And for the other item I have to pay repeatedly to have it sent to me again. I have reported all this to PayPal and opened two cases. I hope to get my money back or at least part of it. I have learnt from this. The website is confusing by the way as it has a uk. domain. That's why I trusted it. Definitely do not buy there!

Shocking company. Bought the pressure washer attachmentvwhich does not stay on the hose so is useless. All they keep saying is that it will cost me too much to return so I should keep this useless piece of junk. Very unhappy

Bought some short as advertised and what I got was different. Won’t give me a refund of £24 but offering me £3 as refund. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I join the complete scam choir! Bought two Jumpsuits, which wasn´t anything like the quality shown on their homepage. Plasticzipper, see through garment and trying to get the return adress from their costumerservice (following their instructions on the homepage) , they just keep apologizing, without giving me the adress.

Do not purchase from them. I bought 3 jumpsuits and they are real rubbish. I have asked for a return but doubt i will hear from them!

I ordered a jumpsuit. Took weeks for it to arrive. quality is terrible. You literally see through it. Color doesn't even come close, zipper is made of plastic instead of metal as in the advertisement. All loose threads. total fraud, which was secretly expected for this money. You can forget about free returns. The chatbot brushes you off again and again with the message that the department says 'it was sent correctly'. Offered £2 compensation. haha.

The shipment took forever and when it arrived the item I ordered (a demin utility suit) was cheap, poorly made and of very shocking quality. It went straight in the bin. Please do not order from this company. I have never seen such poor quality clothing. Shameful.

Do not use this company-- they send you crap and pretend it was what you ordered.

I ordered some swimming costumes in early December 2023 and am still waiting. The supposed updates on shipping seem very thorough and useful however my 'parcel' has been stuck in an Oxford mailing centre for 2 weeks now. When I emails Exgadant they responded with a 'we are on holiday now' email. This appears illegitimate, so now I want my money back, as I do not believe this is real at all. Another company I have bought items from Cosyfest who also have a similar parcel tracking system (identical actually) and has the same dispatch address so I am now wondering if they are also legit. 😔😡
