I ordered from them for a Xmas gift on 8th Dec, item arrived after Xmas totally broken with dangerous glass shards in the packing. I have been trying ever since to get my money back. The worst customer service ever, the total run around from so called customer service. They have offered £2 for an item which cost over £20, they have demanded I send it back at my expense, they have had photos and video of item. It has been and still is totally ridiculous
Do not ever under any circumstances have any dealings with this dreadful company
And no, I still have not got my money back!

Do not buy from this company! The item I purchased broke within a few minutes of use and despite sending them multiple videos they refused to refund or exchange. Rip off!!

Don’t shop here - I bought because advert promised free returns on items - sent me an item that was supposed to be cropped and it was full length. When I raised this - they denied and said I would have to pay postage to return but won’t give me address. You go around and around with customer service. Massive scam, bad quality clothes and they give you run around if you want to return - AVOID AVIOD AVIOD

Took over a month to arrive and not the greatest quality when they did. FLying spinner drone with very short battery life and inability to switch off which is good the battery is rubbish. But the kids like them

Avoid. Bought a jumpsuit after seeing it on Instagram and stupidly not looking at the reviews first. First they debited more from my account than the advertised price. I emailed and received a standard bot response. After talking to my credit card they advised me to cancel the order. When I did this they apologised and refunded the extra saying it had been a mistake. Credit card company said if I didn’t receive anything in 15 days I could raise a dispute but I did receive it in about that time and it’s really badly made. Baggy, shapeless and the seat is too high so I have to pull it up to sit down. Don’t bother.

This is a fraudulent company. It’s not based in the UK. They debit you more than the stated price online and once the product is delivered it’s broken or counterfeit. I spent £18 on two flying orbs. Both were broken and I was offered £3 in compensation. They will scam you on sites like instagram and tik tok. Avoid this site at all costs.

Utterly shocking. Fake site mo Whale toy received even though I've waited 2 months. DO NOT ORDER OF GIVE DETAILS.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID. I think any positive reviews are fake/bots. I went through 3 stages of checkout with the correct price, even the PayPal page, then instantly they took more money out without any explanation or warning. You can't complain it's a loop that goes nowhere. They pretend they're a UK based company but they're not. I wasn't expecting anything to arrive but I have the useless toy that does not work and no chance of a refund from them. I'm trying PayPal.

Have no idea where my order is or if it exists, probably not, looking at these reviews, still you live and learn! So many ways of being separated from your money these days but it's still so hard to come by, for some!!!!

I bought two size small jumpsuits. One is about twice the size of the other. The sizing is faulty. I have sent them photos - but they just keep telling me they have sent me the right item. Their customer service is appalling. They aren’t interested in sorting out the issue - or returning my money. It’s a scam - don’t buy from them.

Bought 2 spray attachments for taps for Xmas presents. Took a time coming. Arrived today and apparently a part missing. They don't fit on the tap therefore the swivel part missing. Also took more money out of account that was quoted. Too costly to return. Beware. Return address is 4PX expressUK co ltd. Unit 5 trident way. Southall UB2 5LF

Started to make a purchase on line entered my payment details and before I'd completed the order the money had be taken from my account. No email to say I purchased it, but then email after email saying I hadn't completed my order,sent an email asking the above to be sent an autoreply contact the seller not them. Wow. Stay away

Room heater is quite useless and their response to emails is to deny any responsibility

The item I ordered simply hasn't arrived. I'm told it's at US customs.. I was suckered by the UK URL. The process of contacting customer services involves an infinite loop of meaningless instructions. Annoyed at myself for not checking to see if it was a scam before ordering.

Just made an order on this site. Breakdown of payment was £20.99 £19.99 with free shipping and £1 for insurance yet they have taken £25.19 out of my bank but don’t state what for !
Will not use again!

Clicked on a link from Facebook to buy an anti mould cleaning product. I then realised having followed the check out process that there were not a UK based company. I immediately sent an email to cancel the order but they refused to stop the order and my card had already been charged. I contacted them again multiple times during the tracking process to ask them not to send the item but it went through US customs and eventually arrived. I immediately asked to return the item as it was not as described had took many weeks to arrive and was certainly not a UK item. They refused to give me an address to return the item and their website has no address whatsoever although its sitting on a co.uk domain. I would avoid this company like the plague. I will make a chargeback on my card but dont bother buying anything from them as they are scammers.

Just ordered two things off their website which should’ve been a total of £17.44 (have a screenshot of the breakdown) and just got charged £20.93 for what I don’t know! Not a great start and will not be ordering anything again already, first time using the business

Bought spray arm attachment for tap about 3-4 weeks ago. A part was missing. They were not prepared to believe me as it "was packed ok at distribution centre!" There has been a lot of toing and froing with me suggesting the part that was missing or a total replacement. The item cost 12+GBP plus about a 5GBP shipping (from the states??). The latest offer is 1.2GBP refund on something that is totally useless "as sending it back for replacement would be too expensive"!!!. Con artists. On-going?????

This outfit is a complete SCAM. Flagged RED by Google. Do not have any dealings with them.
