Subject: Help with Exodus Wallet - Missing XRP
Hi, I just checked my Exodus wallet and noticed that my balance is down to $1. I originally had over 1400 XRP, but it seems that someone has transferred all of it to another address. The amount lost is around $2600.
I rarely check this wallet and only noticed the issue today. It looks like the transfer happened on December 25, 2025.

Jason has been great! He has provided information and gone above and beyond to assist me. My issue with Exodus isn't resolved for my desktop version yet but that's not the reason I contacted exodus support and he's still keeping me informed every step of the way.

My experience which is not the first…
My experience which is not the first has been excellent. Any time I have had a need for support Exodus had come thru brilliantly. In my last experience Erik was very patient, knowledgeable and made sure my issue was taken care of. I’m a senior citizen and technology is not my forte. God knows I had gotten into some situations and they always bail me out. Thank you Erik, Al, Jean, Jeremiah and all the others.

Dear Compliance and Legal Teams
I am writing regarding the crypto swap transaction initiated on December 1 2025 through the Exodus in app swap feature and processed. The transaction has now been held under AML review for 58 days despite full submission of all requested documentation.
To date I have received only generic responses with no timeline no internal case reference and no substantive update. This delay is excessive and unreasonable.
I hereby formally request that within 7 business days one of the following actions is taken
1 Completion of the review and release of the swapped funds to my designated wallet
2 Refund of the original deposited amount to the sending address less applicable network fees
Please confirm receipt of this notice and provide a clear status update including whether any further information is required and a firm resolution date.
If this matter is not resolved within the stated timeframe I will proceed with escalation through regulatory and legal channels without further notice.
