After more then 4 Weeks of daily 16 hours working I am still not able to launch a Funnel here at Clickfunnels!
They have massive issues with the software. Timers are not working on the mobile Version, Checkout has massive problems because it was built the wrong way not splitting desktop and mobile version, etc. BUT THEY DON´T PREVENT YOU - They let you run into that wall over and over again, instead of solving issues and supporting you.
The issues with the software and the support got me into serious financial problems. I asked for a Refund of the Prime Mover Program that got me into Clickfunnels. They promise you a Funnel even in 1 day.... After 25 days I asked for a Refund of my 3997 $ I paid in the hope of launching my Funnel here. But they refused a parcial refund of 997$ saying this was a deposit that is not refundable. This is not acceptable! I don´t agree that they keep partially my money because I decided to leave the Prime mover program that is promoting a Webinar Funnel which they didn´t deliver nit even within 30 days. Empty promises!
They communicate that there is NO RISK and 100 % MONEY BACK Guarantee but they keep 997 $ anyways??? This is no REAL MONEY BACK. Be careful. They trick on you.
But the biggest problem is that you are not able to bulid a Funnel here because there is no proper Software support. There is no onboarding. There is no precise manuals or tutorials for the software. They do random live training but this was not helpful to really empower me to setup my Funnel.
Oh yes they offer you a Program for 10.000 $ to get certified but this is no option if you just want to setup 1 Funnel. So I had to pay extra 2000 $ to even get a basic Template setup at Clickfunnels. They refer you over to Clickfunnels Marketplace and later they say that this is a different company. They try to step out of the responsability to provide you a Funnel.
But the Funnel is the original IDEA why you join them and make a first payment of 3997 $ - This is only 1 of 3 payments. So if you pay a total of 12.000 $ you assume that you will get a Funnel - right? Unfortunately NOT!

After many weeks of not being able to launch my Funnel they bring the clients in a bad financial position. THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING FUNNELS - this is the main problem. If they would provide Funnels the members could breakthrough and everybody would be happy. BUT THEY ARE BLOCKING EASY ACCESS to build a Funnel 🤦‍♀️
Then I had to go to FIVERR to find a guy from Pakistan or Bangladesh to be able to work on the 2000 $ Template they sold me. This is very ugly style and it´s NO FUN at all. Maybe the Clickfunnel guys are having SOOO much fun as they always say but the clients has 100% ZERO FUN.
The 1-day Funnel also is a big lie THEY PROMOTE. After big efforts and much more money spend I NEEDED MORE THEN 4 WEEKS of constant fight and suffering. No integrity from their side = No Future!

Just like everyone else, I am not able to cancel my free trial account! There is simply no option to cancel but only to create another account to have a 30 days free trial extension! But how can you cancel the account then??? It is the biggest scam EVER!

Do Not Pay for a Whole Year!

Our experience with ClickFunnels has been extremely disappointing. The system is basic, technically difficult to use, and doesn't function well. We ended up paying around $1,600 for an annual subscription that we couldn't even use. Despite multiple attempts to pause or suspend the subscription to give us time to properly utilize the tool, their customer service was unhelpful and unsupportive. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

I recently had an issue with ClickFunnels billing me for a subscription that I did not have, and although they initially promised to take care of it, I have received another notice of an attempted charge of $197. I have messaged them multiple times about this matter, but the problem persists and is causing issues with my account.

This ongoing problem is creating medical issues for me, as I suffer from extreme anxiety and financial struggles. Not being able to access my account and having to worry about unauthorized charges is very troubling. My lawyer has advised me that this situation is causing undue stress and financial hardship, and that I may need to sue them to get my money back.

I feel frustrated and disappointed that ClickFunnels has not been able to resolve this issue as they promised, and I am concerned about their reliability as a platform. If they do not take immediate action to rectify the situation, I may have no other choice but to pursue legal action.
The latest attempt was this morning, they have tried at least every other day.

ClickFunnels 2.0 is the biggest scam ever.

It's the most buggy software ever and most basic functions are missing, but they still charge for it??

It seems like the team has absolutely no idea what they are doing. No support, no feedback. No deadlines.

Form submissions do not work, leads are no collected

Checkout is buggy and also not working, people are not able to pay, and we are loosing thousands of $

Payments.ai is also the biggest scam, charging 1% on Stripe payments but keep their fees even though stripe payments got refunded :D Like what?

This company is the biggest joke every, sorry. We will move as soon as we can.

You guys need some proper venture capital and structures, really unbelievable.

Total Scam. They even told me that they would refund my money so I sent the podz back to them and then they made up an excuse as to why they couldn't give me a refund. They stole the money from me

Wish I didn't have to give any stars, one star is generous. This is complete scam. First of all the pods don't work, well one does. Then they do not inform you that they sign you up for a monthly subscription ranging from what I've read from $62 and they charged me $65. I had to cancel my card and couldn't buy Christmas presents. Do not ever do business with this company. Thank goodness my card informed me that there was an unauthorized transaction before it was taken out. They are good for fraudulent activity.

Wish I could do negative stars. I ordered them and it took about a month and still didn’t have them. I contacted their customer support and no one answers. Then saw reviews that said it was a scam I contacted Venmo and they cancelled the Subscription and refunded money right away and sent a new card right away. (Kudos to Venmo for their quick resolution.) a few weeks later the headphones ended up being delivered. I tried pairing them. The one pairs then the other one keeps trying to pair but just keeps saying in pairing mode. Tried all the troubleshooting on the instructions and from YouTube videos and nothing. So these are trash 🗑.

Exotic pods used my credit card information to make purchases I was unaware of, leading to my card being compromised and left me unable to get my family Christmas gifts until my card comes in the mail. Fck exotic podz. Thanks for the shtty, ALREADY BROKE pods I bought months before this discourse.

They scammed my son. He purchased one pair of air pods for around $20; received, they don't work great. A month later, a debit to his checking account for $62.94. He received no email that they were shipping another pair of air pods and charging him 3 times as much. Package came 2 days after the charge; I refused and returned to sender and have emailed multiple times with their customer support and we still have not been refunded money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I just looked at the website once ordered one black pair got charged for 2 different sets they where suppose to be free and I got charged $100. Tried reaching out multiple times got no response. They don’t even work.

Awful! Complete scam! Original price was $20, when I checked the shipping tracking info a week later the price changed to $60 and was being sent to the wrong address!! Emailed them immediately demanding a refund... they took forever to respond and STILL haven’t given me a refund.

I have also tried to go on their website but it doesn’t exist!

Scam. Ordered my free air pods, paid an absurd amount of shipping ($15/ set of pods). I did receive the pods but they do not work. I cannot get a hold of anyone to return. Then, my card was charged $180. I tried contacting them again, still cannot get a hold of anyone. I called my credit card company and they told me that the $180 is set up as a recurring charge. Do not go anywhere near this "company."

They took £94 to my account already without my knowledge this is a SCAM beware. So stupid. Never trust this website.

My son ordered the $1 pods on 11/18 and paid shipping total of $15.95 then I was hit without warning on 12/1 with $62.94. Can't contact anyone. Filing dispute with my bank and canceling my card.

I was another sucker!! Got the free pods, just paid the shipping..... complained about them because the were rattling and wrote them a email asking for a replacement set. They responded saying they will bring it up with the support team. Then a few days later was hit for $62.94. Wrote serval emails demanding my money back and still nothing!!! I will never NEVER, buy something from a no name company again!

Just like everyone on here, they stole $62.94. I emailed them, no response, and now the website is down. If any one is able to get a hold of them, please let us know. I could not afford what they stole from me.

I was duped into getting my “free” air pods after paying shipping. I signed up for no subscription and even emailed the company the day I received the items to make sure I was not subscribed. I got no correspondence back and just like everyone else here got charged $62 for mystery pods that I didn’t want or agree to purchase. I’ve written several emails since and the website is down. The voicemail inbox is full as well so there’s no way to contact these thieves. Not to mention the “air pods” as that’s how they were marketed are cheap knock offs that last roughly an hour at full charge...

I bought the pods on sale a couple of weeks ago and I received the things. Today, the charged me $64.89. How should I go about getting my money back? Will they continue to withdraw USD?
