I ordered some headphones around 10/30 I got them like a week later only paid $14.99. Then I read something about a subscription and them giving $20 store credit and a monthly charge of $19.99. I immediately emailed them to cancel my subscription they emailed me back a couple days later asking for email and last four of my card number then replied saying they would follow through with my request. Fast forward Dec 1st they charge me $62 for another pair to be sent out I emailed them again and demand a refund they replied saying they’ve raised concern to finance team then I check the site later on and it’s down as of 12/219 11:43pm. Hope everyone gets there money back and these people get what they deserve.

Your company has stolen $62 from my account of which I did don’t authorize. I have an email that details, in writing, that I did wish to discontinue my subscription but yet your company ignored the request and stole money from my account. I demand a full refund and will be making a formal report.

SCAMMMM!!! My son bought the AirPods for $14.99 and today he suddenly has a charge of $62.94! He swears he didn’t sign up for their “subscription” and there was nothing about the pods costing more than the initial purchase. I read the order confirmation too and saw nothing on there. They took advantage of a 17 year old kid! This makes me beyond angry! Buyer beware! We will now have to cancel his card and fight to get his money back.

Scam. Ordered the pods on October 30th, for $15 and then yesterday they randomly charged me 74.90. No notifying me, didn’t tell me why, had me and my bank call them like 5 times each, wouldn’t pick up. And now I’m dealing with this mess, I really hope whoever runs this, ends up doing time. Ridiculous stealing from people, being so open about it, and I have to wait til the transaction goes through until I can dispute it. I’m really annoyed rn.

Scam, got charged $74.90 - our bank rejected it and cancelled our card. Do no buy anything from them.

First, I paid for AirPods that ended up being knockoffs, and then yesterday, 11/25, I got charged $74.90 for an order I didn’t even make for “Mystery Pods” and got signed up for a subscription that I had to cancel that would’ve made me pay the same amount on 12/25 and then I had to get new card because once I gave them my card number I couldn’t take it off, and now I’m trying to get my money back, what a scam.

ordered some pods from exotic pods and when i received them they were nothing like the ones they showed on their page. the ones i received were fake and cheap, and today 11/25 they charged me 74.90 still fighting to get my money back.

I ordered 1 product from the site on 10/25, and 30 days later they hit my card with a $74.90 usd charge which was completely unsolicited. Had to cancel the card, and fight the fraud division to try and get my money back. Also the products they advertise are not the same products people receive. I am currently filing this issue with the Better Business Bureau, FBI fraud division, and the FCC

This site is fraud. If you buy from this site you are charged appr 20 dollars every month. You will have to close your credit card to get out of it.

This site is pure FRAAUD!!! i ordered 2 “Exotic pods” for me and my wife.. i ended up payin 204,- DKK for the shipping in may 21. I didnt recieve anything. But the Real problem here is that they take 174,84 DKK from my account every month. I had to close my credit card because of this fraud site.
