So easy to use, with automatic currency exchange rate built in, easy fields to fill in and then the IRS forms are just completed and filed. It has a great user experience, and makes filing from overseas easy.

I love it that you make it easy
I love it that you make it easy! I am an expat and live in the land of complications so it's always a pain to try and match Italian requirements with US requirements (I have to file both) so easiness is a main concern. Thank you!

I wish I had known about Expatfile before! I received a refund that I totally wasn't expecting, plus it's super easy to complete - no headaches trying to figure out which forms to use. I highly recommend them!!

Very satisfactory expat filing experience!
When I sent an email in the beginning with questions about the filing process I almost immediately received a very kind and helpful reply email. The tax software itself is very intuitive and easy to use, and guided me without much effort to the final result. The signing and efiling process at the end was super quick as well. All in all I had a very satisfactory customer experience.

Inability to edit narrative on certification. The boilerplate text feels risky to sign because it’s not completely accurate. Leaves more to do on my end when I paid the large cost to reduce time spent.

This is so easy to use! Like expat taxes for dummies easy. And when I messed something up, I got a notification, I emailed the support team, they got back to me almost immediately and told me how to correct it. Great customer service!
