Aktivation expired after Hardwareupgrade
After a Hardwareupgrade recogniced, my Expert PDF-Version isn't longer aktivatet. One day later I got a new key by the support-team. Everything worked fine!

My experience with the support staff at Expert Pdf were very helpful in addressing my issue and concern. I'm used to getting passed off to one rep after the other when dealing with customer service but not this time. i was able to get a fast response and my problem was handled immediately. I'm very thankful and wish other companies would follow their standard of customer service. I give 5 stars.

Changing my PC and loosing my licence
I faced a problem when changing my old PC for another new one. Unfortunately the Expert PDF licence went away with the old PC. I lauched a bottle in the sea asking the support and I was really very very happy to get quicly a solution. You were great and your product is very great too.

Transfering Expert PDF to a new PC
I've got an new PC and attempted to transfer Expert PDF from my old one. I had not problem with Microsoft's Windows. They helped me witthout further questions. But not so with Expert PDF. They even told me that my Version of this program will no longer be supported, and I should buy a newer one. That means, I lost all my rights overnight. Isn`t that a lovely experience?

good software - Reinstallation with error
I have moved to a new laptop. Support was initially very helpful and sent me a link to install, The reinstallation of Expert 11 does not work. Now I'm waiting for two weeks for the solution to fix the error. Too bad, I was very happy with the program so far

Helpful support team
I purchased Expert PDF and downloaded it to my computer. My Internet connection must have been very slow so the download was not very successful. I requested assistance from the support team and I received a quick response from them. The initial solution proposed was not good for me and due to a lot going on in my environment, I wrote it off. The support team were persistent in their desire to help me and sent me a number of reminders and this presented a human touch. They did find a good solution for me and I was able to download it easily and install it on my computer. I still have a lot to learn about the functions however I would not hesitate to recommend this product to any intended purchaser. Thank you support team. Stewart Simpson in Zambia

Flexible and friendly
I wanted to move my licence for Expert PDF from a PC to a Mac. While this was not possible, I was given a good deal on a Mac Professional version and the licence was adjusted to cover the time left on my PC licence. I was treated with patience and respect. I recommend the Company.

Had a DVD of an older version and asked for an installer as latest pc doesn’t have a bad slot. Just got a ‘sorry we don’t support that version anymore, would you can pay to upgrade to the latest version?’
