Real Customer Service

I am so grateful that Expost does not have an outsourced customer care centre on the other side of the planet!!!!!! Recently I had contrasting customer service experiences with Expost and another company. The experiences were like night and day. With the other company I had to spent hours on the phone, mostly on hold, every day for nearly two weeks and I had to follow up 3 weeks later with more phone calls and emails. The next billing cycle will reveal if everything has finally been resolved. BY CONTRAST With Expost, a couple brief phone calls resolved everything quickly and efficiently and I never had to follow up except to say, 'Thank you, Expost!'

Marvellously kind and trustworthy

Marvellously kind. Incredibly well organised. Conspicuously trustworthy and reliable. A very efficient and easy to use online system that even lets you see your docs remotely. Reasonable prices and transparent. Safe forwarding of bank cards and important docs. And... They're just plain nice!

I can't recommend Brodie and his team too highly. They've helped me so much and made staying overseas so much easier! Very Grateful!

Just had to stop and write a review of…

Just had to stop and write a review of Expost's fantastic customer service. For weeks now, I've been haggling with an external courier about a delayed parcel. Brodie intervened on my behalf, cut through all the red tape and now they're expecting my parcel shortly. Expost's support staff is also consistently helpful and friendly. As far as services go, their scanning, forwarding, etc. is always prompt and reliable. Expost is far superior than the High Street competitors. Can't recommend these guys enough!

I know it made us look good, but it was only one phone call... it's just very handy when one has the correct person's number, and enjoy a good relationship with them of course! ;o)

In their defence, the courier firm are labouring under the same staff restrictions as many other businesses in the UK. I'm just glad we were able to 'fill in the gap' for you; teamworks extends far beyond the office!

They are everything they advertise to be. Brodie and his team are always happy to give help and advice when ever asked. All of my post has arrived. I recommend them to anyone needing such a service. Great Service

I was recommend Expost by a friend 7 months ago .
The service Brodie and his team provide is absolutely first class.
They came in to their own over the last 3 months.
Really don't know how we could have functioned with out their great service.

Such a relief during Covid

Great service - reliable, friendly, efficient. I couldn't have imagined how important Expost was going to be during Covid. I was stuck somewhere I didn't expect - having someone monitor and take care of my mail was so helpful.

Review #2 and I am still a very happy customer

Further to my earlier review, I thought it would be a good idea to comment on my experience of being an Expost customer for 5-6 months. Well, the service has continued to be outstanding. Brodie Fry has been a delight to speak to, as have all the other staff. We live in a strange world right now with coronavirus and social distancing and I can’t imagine the impact this would have had on Expost. Interestingly, as a customer I have experienced no inconvenience whatsoever and the service has been flawless throughout. No doubt the staff have been working tirelessly in these difficult and uncertain times and I am grateful for their service.

It's called the 'swan' syndrome Danny... 'business as usual' may seem effortless from above, but as you rightly suspect, our collective little legs have been paddling furiously below the surface! LOL :o)

It's all down to the incredible dedication of every single person; at Head Office (even though we are all working from home!) and in every regional Mail Centre, that we have been able to navigate these turbulent waters without anyone being swept overboard, or even getting sea sick!

Great Customer Service

As a new customer of Expost it was a delight to encounter such exceptional customer service. From help in setting up an account to a courteous and concise walk through of the T&Cs (should have read them properly!) it harked back to the days when customers really were appreciated and delivering customer service was a pleasure, not a chore. Highly recommended.

No company is perfect but this one is

No company is perfect but this one is as close as it gets. I had a small query recently and the boss phoned me immediately early in the morning (I was still in bed tee-hee when I took his call). You cannot buy that kind of personal attention. We have both earned mutual trust and respect and I am sure I will remain a client for as long as Covid allows. No hesitation in awarding 5 stars - there should be 6!!

Great service for all boaters.

We live on a narrowboat and travel all the time. Having Expost (Canal Post) is great as we can access our mail at any time and get physical copies sent to us if needed. My daughter has a YouTube channel and it means that she can get letters from people all over the world. The service is so efficient and friendly.

When I moved overseas one of my biggest headaches was the re-direction and collection of mail. It was not easy to find a trustworthy solution. Rather than provide a review related to the number of mail forwarding companies researched and contacted, the facilities offered, the costs, reliability, support service, etc,. I will get to the point.
Expost - if you are looking for a professional mail box, look no further. Expost will provide you with everything you need while you are overseas, or even if you move around the UK without a home domicile, all at a reasonable cost. They will collect and forward mail, and scan it if requested.
The service is efficient with a website that is easy to understand and use. The support staff are excellent, courteous and communicative. The thing that really sets Expost apart is their ability to find solutions according to one's specific needs. Their scanning service is first class as is their mail-forwarding. I highly recommend them having used the service for over six-months while working overseas.
A big thank you to Brodie who provides a style of management and service that feels bespoke.

So I'm 6000 miles away from my mail

So I'm 6000 miles away from my mail, under lockdown with Covid19, army outside and not allowed out and I need help. Who comes to the rescue? Expost! The team at Expost have managed to do whatever it takes to make things run like there were no issues. 5 Stars was my review when things were not tough for everyone but now disruptions are the new norm and somehow Expost still gets 5 Stars. Thank you HR! Yes, on reflection it has been a wee bit challenging... but nothing that a combination of technology, creativity and good old stubborness hasn't been able to overcome. :o)

Did I mention luck? We are fortunate indeed that our Regional Mail Centres are all located in real residential properties, so our Mail Centre owners have been able to isolate 'on the job' and means that (any slight postal delays notwithstanding) it has been business as usual! :o)

My experience

My partner and I were struggling to find a solution for our post, as we are expats. Naturally, entrusting someone with your post can be scary. Trying to navigate your way and filter out back-bedroom operators takes time and effort. Eventually, we came across Expost. We’ve now been using this service for about 6 months, and don’t hesitate to recommend them to all our expat friends and family.

It does exactly what it says on the tin; handles post professionally and reliably. Expost’s online dashboard makes it easy to keep track of your mail, view scans and dispatch your post. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. We couldn’t ask for more!
