I can't speak highly enough of Expost…

I can't speak highly enough of Expost and it's staff, their knowledge care and professional manner has been invaluable to me over the years i have been using them, i trust them implicitly and don't worry about the service at all, i have used other providers prior to joining Expost and there is simply no comparison...you won't find better!

Do you realise how long we've been 'joined at the hip' Dave? You've been with us longer than any of our staff (apart from moi and the 'security team'), from way back in the day when we were trading as the-post-house, before we built the very first iteration of our software, when everything was managed manually! How did we do it? LOL

You were actually our 76th customer... and we're up to 4,000 plus now! And, on a whim, I checked... amazingly, we still have 41 of the 75 accounts before yours!! :o)

Judging by how mad the phones have been since the election, with a potential resolution of this interminable 'B' word debacle appearing on the horizon, I fully expect to hit 10,000 during 2020. In fact, when we break the 5,000 barrier you'll be due for a long-service award... perhaps a golden envelope? ;o)

Great service

I've been using Expost for around 3 Years or so now, since moving to the USA from UK. It's a fantastic service that has really helped with the transition. Especially love the ability to see my mail online before it's even forwarded to me. Would definitely recommend for any expat.

I have been using EXPOST for a number of years now the service is brilliant the team are fantastic any problems you can talk to them over the phone any issues you can talk to them over the phone and they are more Than happy to help in any which way they can
If you are going to use EXPOST for the first time and you have any concerns just call them and I will put your mind at rest with any issues you have this is a fantastic idea and a brilliant service may it long continue

Just a quick note from the Gambia.

Just a quick note from the Gambia to say how happy I am with Expost. A real address instead of a PO Box is a godsend. Always courteous, friendly and very efficient. It is rare to really get what you pay for these days - so well done Expost.

Mail forwarding professionals

I’ve been with ExPost for around three plus years and find their service beyond excellent. We run a UK based boat business in France which requires us to spend much of our summers working there. Using ExPost allows us to route all our post when overseas. It is a seamless operation that works well. So much so, we also use it for private mail too. On the rare occasions that we’ve needed to make real person contact, the service has been friendly, professional and prompt. I have no hesitation in recommending ExPost to anyone :o)

Expost UK

As a permanent expat I started using mail receiving & forwarding companies around 15 years ago.

Having been a customer since the company came into existence, I can say unequivocally that Expost is streets ahead of the others I’ve used in the past. Owners and management have worked ridiculously hard to get the company to where it is today. And, to put it simply, it just works.

You have total control over your mail on line via a simple-to-use dashboard which presents options for downloading and deleting scans, holding, destroying or forwarding hard copy, delivery addresses, how you want your mail delivered (courier, parcel service, surface mail, airmail, etc). They also provide email and SMS notifications when items have been dispatched to you (wherever you are in the world) together with tracking numbers.

Regarding costs, for what you get I don’t consider Expost to expensive. The service, convenience and peace of mind you get in exchange for your hard-earned shekels is second to none. To date, Expost has delivered hard copy mail to me in 4 different countries, all without a hitch. As with anything, you get what you pay for.

If you’re looking for a receiving and forwarding service I can’t recommend Expost highly enough. Look no further.

Been with them now several years when we lived in USA and service is excellent. Still using them now we are back in the UK but living on our boat. The ability to scan and print stuff online is an added bonus.

5 years with Expost - a brilliant service

I have used Expost for 5 years to manage my UK post while I am working around the world. They forward my post to me quickly and efficiently. The online service allows me to prioritise when mail is sent and, in emergency, even get a copy of a letter scanned to me.
Many organisations are reluctant to interact with PO Box Numbers, so the genuine addresses that Expost use allows me a wider range of correspondence contacts.
I have always found the team to be friendly and responsive. With both e-mail and Skype connections as well as by telephone across hours which suit other timezones, they are very easy to interact with.
If you intend to be travelling around either in the UK or overseas, this is an easy way to maintain a stable base for correspondence.

You are correct about the timezones Clive, we now have customers across all five continents (including Antarctica!) so we do get support calls at silly o'clock in the morning... but not, surprisingly, from Antarctica, they operate on GMT! :o)

Very reliable, fast and friendly service

I was quite nervous choosing a company to trust with my mail forwarding but a friend recommended expost and I am very pleased with their service so far..

Attentative, fast and professional people that keep you informed at all times regarding your mail and offer many options for scanning, holding and forwarding with email and sms updates when new mail arrives and when it is scanned or forwarded. All controlled via a simple control panel.

Highly recommended

What a fantastic service

What a fantastic service! The web site is really user friendly and the team are very customer focused. Tina helped me out in a big way last week by returning to work one evening to sort through post in order to find the log book for my car log which I had managed to mark for destroying (yes a moment of madness). A huge thank you to you Tina for taking the time to do that for me!!

Phenomenal customer service

Truly the most phenomenal customer service I've ever experienced. In an age when some businesses can't be bothered to answer their phones, Expost not only gets the job done but very happily bends over backwards, without settling for second best, and all with a smile and a sense of humour. I cannot recommend them enough.

I and my wife are into our 3rd year…

I and my wife are into our 3rd year with Expost, and living and working in Many parts of Europe, the service as been a god sent, I have to say I was sceptical in the beginning, and being in the type of work I am in, security and discretion is vitally important. Also the customer service, well their are few companies I know should follow there lead, I take my hat off to Expost. In all the time and varieties of post ie parcels and letters I have had one issue which resolved in 30min.
We have no reason to change our contract with Expost, long may it continue.
