(The car was given to me in really bad shape, scratched and dented, I’m glad I got the hundred percent coverage cause I was accused that I did the damage. Terrible place to pick up a car from a parking lot in the middle of the night. next to Radisson Hotel airport.

Great experience. Staff was friendly and efficient.
I had to extend the contract by adding 1 more day, and this was extremely easy to manage. Pick up and return process was easy and fast.

Good car at good price
Everything was okay other than contacting you and communicating with you. I could contact after 20 minutes hold on phone, at pickup and drop off, both time. Also, I sent email and message to removal charge for additional driver because I was the only driver. I still see that charge on my bill.

When taking our car, we had to wait 40 minutes till the driver came! He did not call us, because he had a wrong telephone number from any orher person.
The car was good, taking it back again was without any problem.

1-Cooperative ( delivered the car to my hotel and received back from same hotel at minimal fees).
2- Prompt on time ( pick up/ drop off)
3- High quality of service provided ( deposit reduced against minor insurance premium/ immediate clearance of the paid deposit upon receipt of car).

Practical, fast & reasonably priced car hire
Our experience overall was very good, we just needed attendants with slightly better English. Other than that, the cars were good, clean and functional and customer care was very friendly. The price too, was reasonable.

Easy, good price but a bit of delays
It was easy in terms of finding, reserving and paying. The price is competitive and good for going abroad and baby seat.
I couldn't reach express beforehand to ensure travel abroad is possible (there was a note in the contract I need to agree on it beforehand). Poor one guy on parking struggle to pick up ~3 cars and return ~3 cars at the same time considering that each process for each car takes around 30 minutes. In total it took a lot of time to pick my car up and return it

My wife was left stranded at the airport!
My wife who was travelling to Poland on her own.
Her WizzAir flight was delayed by 2 hours, and Express Car Rental did not wait for her and left her stranded at the airport. There was no communication from them, and when my wife tried to contact them via their telephone number, all she got was recorded messages and no help. She hired a replacement car at the airport at further expense.
When I contacted them to complain, we just got lots of excuses, basically they said it wasn’t their fault.
Will definitely not book with them again.

Beware!! Spend your money elsewhere.
Left me stranded at the airport with three small kids at 1am after agreeing to deliver car at that time for extra fee !!! At around 1.10am started ignoring my calls and then charged me for a car I never received. Be aware! Common cheats and thief’s.

Pick up spot never updated. Apparently it has not been updated for the past 2 years. Overall nice attendants and easy to change time of drop off. Overall I would use again.

The car was delivered on time, clean, the delivery person was professional and courties. After online payment was completed day before, the car pick up was fast and smooth. This was the 4th time I rented vehicle with the company, every time the service is great and consistent. Highly recommend this rental company.
