A little embarrassing. I bought an inline fan from here, wired it up and it didn't work. I was really irritated, because I'd been in my loft all day ripping stuff out etc, and needed to get the new insulation in but couldn't until the fan was installed
Complained to ExtractorFanWorld, and was further annoyed at the prospect of having to send the fan back in, etc..
Anyway, turns out I'm an idiot that doesn't read instructions properly.
Once I'd wired it up correctly, it was good to go.
ExtractorFanWorld's customer service was quick and responsive, and I will definitely shop here again.
On that note, by the way - their fans are literally half the price of elsewhere. The same fan on Screwfix is over 40 quid more. That was why I was initially annoyed, because I thought maybe they sell seconds, and that's why my fan's dead. But no, fully working, just ridiculously cheap.
There's no reason to get a fan from anywhere else, because you're talking about 50% savings.
Pretty sure it was next day delivery, too
Brilliant.

A great example of how online shopping should be done.
The website was really easy to navigate, and I quickly found all the parts I needed. They were by far the cheapest place online for the Manrose MF100T, and delivery was prompt — arriving within the timeframe stated on the website.
I ordered two of these extractor fans, but unfortunately, one arrived damaged. I contacted the team through the “My Orders” page, and Luke got back to me promptly via email. He was fantastic — offering either a full replacement (which would take a few days) or a spare part that could be sent out the very next day. I chose the spare part option, and as promised, it arrived the following day.
Luke even sent pictures and simple instructions on how to replace the part — which turned out to be just one screw!
A great example of how online shopping should be done: easy ordering, fast delivery, and excellent customer service that actually solves problems when they arise. Well done, EFW team!

I have installed this and it is working great (core drilling a 4 inch hole through 1.5 foot of Edwardian engineering bricks was not fun!)

Bought the Tornado ST100T and window fitting adaptor
Bought the Tornado ST100T, as a replacement had a problem with the installation, the hole in the glass was too small, Luke was super helpful .
I managed to solve the problem and installed the fan, which is great and very efficient this one has the timer overrun.
Would certainly buy again
