Wheels came in defective bent and has a crazy amount of wopple and when I called they said they can’t do anything so I’m stuck with the wheels and till this day I’m still waiting for a manager to call me back back

Responsive and helpful. Cameron and Haley were very helpful with how they responded to my questions and concerns. The vendors were a little aggravating but they navigated it like pros. 10/10 would recommend to buy from them.

What made me actually give this review was the customer service. I bought a wheel and tire package but for some reason the wheels should up right away and then I received only one tire from FedEx. I was a little worried so I called customer service and she responded the same day with all the dates that each tire was going to show up. Most places would have just said call FedEx or gave me a tracking number. But I was very pleased with my purchase. Great company wish I could give 6 stars. Best prices i could find as well.

Still have yet to receive the tires I ordered. I received the wheels, TPMS, and lug nuts, but not the tires. It has been three weeks. Tracking provided under the order number still shows it hasn’t left the warehouse. I have been emailing for a week now back and forth with two different people. One person, supposedly the manager (Meer R.) said that the tires had been shipped out of Dallas a week ago. I asked for tracking and got a response from a different person (Haley). She told me that the “package” had already been delivered. Once I explained to her that I had already received the TPMS, lug nuts, and wheels but was still missing tires, she then starts to tell me that the tires were in their warehouse waiting to be mounted and balanced. (Which I opted out of in order to save $600.) I asked again for any ETA on when I would receive the tires. I haven’t heard back from anyone in 4 days. I am losing faith that I will get the rest of my order. Definitely not a good experience.

Tires got delivered while out of state. Was provided no shipping or tracking information. Took me 3 hours to get someone there. Fortunately they were not stolen after paying $2,600. Received tracking information 3 day's after being delivered. Waited 2 hours for customer service. Never use Extreme Customs again.

Great service, fast shipping, and best price

No where posted is this company’s return policy. I wanted to exchange my wheels for a different brand and they wanted me to pay a 25-30 percent restocking fee plus return shipping. This is my second set that I purchased after spending 6k on a set for my dually but I will never buy from extreme customs again.

I ordered tires from a previous sale and that transaction was quick and easy. This experience was far from that. Customer service was very difficult. Left three messages for an eta and no one returned them. Text/emails were a minimum of 32 hr responses.

It took 10 days and 1 tier arrived one and the other 3 arrived next day. So shipping was slow and there was no communication that shipping is delayed.

My experience was positive. Shipping was very fast. They also sent the correct spec Michelins I ordered. Most of the bad reviews are idiots that don’t know what they are ordering

Overall good experience but the lug nuts were the wrong thread.
