I had shopped around for a long time for wheels and tires and found Extreme Customs to have the best pricing so went with them. They were responsive before and after purchase and sent a link to a video outlining the process (which is good because I’ve never received a pallet of something at my home).
Very clear on inspection before signing for package, etc. Wheels and tires were packaged very well and protected from rubbing each other.
I believe I received them ~ in the middle of the window of dates they said I should get it so that was accurate as well.
It was shipped short a few lug nuts but contacted them and they shipped the additional ones right away.
I would recommend them based on my experience.

Where to start! Well first thing is it took a month to get my order. When I ordered them I wanted the MT not RT. They called and said they couldn’t get the beads to seat on the rims. So I settled on the RT and of course they didn’t have them in stock. Once they received them and got them mounted I got another call saying they couldn’t mount the one yet because the one wheel didn’t have the bolts for the bead locks. So they had to order the bolts and finish mounting them. Once I finally got my order I checked the first wheel everything was right and the packaging wasn’t damaged so I signed the paperwork. I started the install and noticed that one of the wheels was damaged. I then emailed them to get a replacement they answered me saying they would not exchange it because I signed the paperwork and the best they could do is send me another wheel out for a slight discount or give me some money back that wasn’t anywhere close to what I spent on them. I am highly disappointed with my experience and will never deal with them again.

Products and pricing are great, communication is terribly lacking. I ordered these and didn't receive tracking info. After multiple calls I was finally informed that the vendor they get the wheels from is having internal issues and would be delayed with no recourse.

I did eventually get the wheels with no apology for the delay, they honestly acted like this was an everyday occurrence and my issue not theirs. Wheels showed up with no notice they were shipped, no tracking number, nothing.

Three months later I get an email with all the tracking numbers, and review invites like they finally realized I actually got my products and closed the order.

Even though my order took over a month, I still gave 5 stars. Communication was great. I was assured my order was on the way. Delivery was awesome. The driver off loaded my wheels and even dropped them off inside my garage. Everything looks great.

Whole week passed by and they never shipped my order. Was told item was in stock but yet it never got sent. Cancelled order went with another merchant. Bad business practices and very slow shipping times

They advertise 6-12 days shipping it took 22 to ship and they couldn't get the 1st set of tires I wanted and the guy said he never heard of the 2nd set I picked even tho they were both listed as in-stock on their website. This is all after I ordered and paid for them waited the 12 days for them to ship and contacted them when they didn't only to be told at that point they can't get Nitto tires even tho they advertise they can. Also was told after I received the tires when I contacted them again that they don't have any lug nuts and it would be 3-4 weeks before they got any in.

The whole process was easy. I love that you can view what other customers bought (including wheel and tire sizes) which gives you a great starting point to know what to look for on your own vehicle. Shipping was also easy. The pallet showed up at my house with the wheels ready to mount. Zero regrets going with Extreme Customs. Will buy again.

While shopping for wheels and tires, it was a bit frustrating because the vendors where far behind on getting inventory to dealers. I ran into out-of-stock or backordered on every site I visited. I started reaching out to the dealers with little to no response and came to Extreme Customs. In comes Cameron K. for some of the best customer service from any of the sites. Cameron was very responsive and kept me in the know at all times. Cameron was able to check fitment and provide detailed feedback on all my questions. I still had to wait for inventory from the manufactures but Cameron was always willing to check status and make calls any time I reached out, never was i pushed off or had to wait for an answer. Once inventory was available, I got my product in a few days. It was properly packed and shipped in full. I installed my new wheels and tires a few days later and they look great.

ordered a wheel and tire package that was installed at the Oshkosh location, when I picked up my truck the rims were still covered in the dried fluid they us to install the wheels, the fluid did not come off after touch-less car wash, purchased wheel cleaner spray, which worked to get the fluid off, but when the wheels were clean reveled that all 4 rims were damaged, which could not be seen with the fluid on the rims, so without the installer cleaning the rims the damage could not be seen, (there are multiple gouges, scrapes, a 4 inch line along the edge of the lip missing paint) the contacted the company via text, 18 days after pick up, the response was that they can't help me because it was last month (18 days), they could only offer the discount on another set of rims and there is no way that the tech could have damaged the rims, no question of what damage or where the damage was, the scratches on the rim go under the tire, there is no way it was damaged like that after the install,
then in the last text, they said the tech would have noticed the damage during the unboxing/installed them but couldn't have with the wheels still covered in the milky fluid as the damage shows white and one of the spots looks like pooled fluid but is actually missing paint,
then at the end of the text accused me of trying to get free rims. I never asked or expected to get the rims for free.

Beware do not buy from this company, they will not stand behind their product. They sent me 3 out of 4 tires being bad ( maybe seconds) their resolution was they would sell me more tires at a discounted price with no refund for the bad tires. They basically said they couldn’t do anything and the manufacturer “Michelin” wouldn’t take care of it. Just be aware they are not a reputable business if you have any issues with your order.

Tires and Wheels came well packaged and balanced. 3 months in and no issues. 5/5

My lug nuts were missing from the shipment,
I did not call cause I was excited to see them on my truck so I went and bought them locally Other then that everything was great, the Communcation was awesome, and the time line was right on point. The way they came in on a shrink wrapped pallet was perfect,

I received just what I wanted. They made it easy to pick the rims and wheels that I wanted to fit my vehicle. Reasonably priced and packaged well. Very simple process start to finish!

The wheels and tires were perfect and the price was very fair, the only issue was the length of time it took from the day I ordered them and the day it shipped, I felt that was a little long. Perfect other than that.

They are very efficient with handling orders. I've bought from them numerous times with zero issues!!

I ordered a set of wheels for my cadillac escalade and had a very small problem with one and the service team took care of the problem right away with zero issues. I could not believe how easy it was dealing with them.
