Denis turend up as fast as he could he got me into my property ao fast and he didnt have the right lock so even came back the next day to fit it had good banter with him aswell would recommend him to any and everyone

I phoned them as my car wouldn't start (known as auto dr in Livingston) I was given Extreme Locks Ltd when I called to complain.
I told them that I had had a mechanic look at the car already and a locks smith. Nothing wrong with engine or keys and that problem was immobiliser and I wanted an auto electrician.
They took £50 deposit and advised it would be £150 when he arrived and fixed issue.
A locks smith arrived and told me he couldn't do anything and gave me the number to call an auto electrician
I phoned the company and was told only the person that booked it could get back to me and he would call me
I called him and was told tough I had to pay it
Total rip off. Very unhappy. Advisor answering the phone did not know complaints procedure.
Manager is calling me back but I won't hold my breath

Phoned these people out of desperation as left keys in boot. They took £50 up front and then had to wait 2 hours for locksmith to arrive. The "engineer" managed to open my car door within 5 to 7 minutes and I was reunited with my car keys so thank you for that. However, the locksmith commented that my car was basically crap as it was only an Alto, I wasn't too impressed with the comment seeing as I was about to pay an extortionate fee for the privalage. I then paid a further £100 for this 7 minutes work, total £150.
Yes, they get you out of a fix, but these people must snigger going to each job as this is easy money for them, they know customers have no choice and bump prices up accordingly. At the end of the day I only used this company as I had no other choice. Maybe more decent prices and less comments about customers vehicles would go a long way to securing more word of mouth jobs.

To call for costing having been told there will be no call out charges and then be charged for less than five minutes work 95 pounds on top of the key itself! 170pounds, kching. The response was: It is after 4oclock then it is 95, before 4 it is 85 pounds. It cost us diesel to get here, while the chap Mark is living in the same village! This price is no VAT, for a printed receipt it would be with VAT on top.
I feel ripped of. This is so customer unfriendly having requested pricing upfront. My advise get a quote on paper / email and pay no more.

first class service from Extreme Locks, I was completely stuck with the car key locked in the boot. Not only did Lisa and her team fix the problem they kept my family and I reassured that we would back on the move within a very short time.

Happily gave 5* and I will be recommending Extreme Locks to whoever needs this sort of service.

I have never encountered a less helpful company, they took a £70 fee and said my lock would be fixed within a few hours, after several hours and phone calls later I was told that the engineer didnt have the necessary blanks for the job, and they would be here at 0900 the following day. The engineer didn't turn up and it took 3 phone calls to get through to the office, where I was told this engineer didnt have the necessary equipment but they would find a replacement within the day. By midday they admitted they could fix the lock and I asked for my money back.
You would be better googling a local locksmith than using this company.

My 3 year old got locked in the car. I called these guys at 2.30 and by 3.05 the lock smith had been and went after successfully picking the lock. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

If you want to pay £70 for a phone call and a text to a self emoloyed engineer ( they call it admin fee) then use this company. Lesson learn t, i will not be using them again and never recommend.

Turned up two hours after they said they would. Didn't explain the fee structure on the phone. The engineer was nice and good.
