Scam Store

Never sent item. Support pretended they had shipped it and that “DHL had issues in providing tracking numbers”. 2 weeks later, still nothing. If DHL couldn’t give shipping numbers worldwide for 3 weeks I think we’d be hearing about it…

Contacted support again, “sorry, we are unable to help you” was the reply.

Amazon are refunding my money.

This is a pretend storefront for a scam company. Amazon told me they will likely be banned from Amazon Pay soon due to high numbers of reports for fraud.

Do not use.

Shop Elsewhere…

Like the majority of customers that have used Exxpozed, I wish I'd read the reviews first.
The bottom line seems to be, they're selling items they DON'T have in stock and they're intentionally making the option to pay by credit card unavailable so that customers can't charge back. The only option is via Amazon Pay.

They will of course respond saying they're either unaware or they're working to sort the issue… yep, whatever.

Placed my order way back on the 16th of May. Still no shipment notification.
Have contacted for a call back 4 times - no call back.
Have contacted via email 3 times - no reply.
Surprise, surprise.

I'm now going through the process with Amazon pay to cancel my order and get refunded.

Exxpozed: If after you've read this you really want to help and give good customer service, then liaise with Amazon Pay to make sure this happens swiftly.

I will be leaving a follow-up review/feedback on the situation soon.

The stats don’t lie!
I really wished I’d checked Trustpilot before ordering from this despicable retailer.
My return was received by them on 26 February. As of this date, if you can believe it, I have not yet received my refund- surely this has to be some kind of record! Oh yes, always replied to my plethora of emails but with the same response and promises - “ The payment is ready to be transferred to the bank” but has never happened. Without a doubt and with not an ounce of hyperbole this has to be thee worst online retailer with regards customer service. Does anyone appreciate the irony that it is German? And of course the idea of schadenfreude is perfectly reflected in eXXposed’s treatment of their customers. Surely practices such as exemplified by this retailer goes beyond consumer legislation and the retention of customer’s funds for this inordinate length of time is criminal?

Great Experience & Value!

Placed my order on April 26 and followed up with the team on May 2nd. I received a response within 24 hours about delivery status. I received my order within a week, and it was well packaged and exactly as described. Despite all the negative comments, my experience was fantastic!

Poor communication

Having read the reviews and sent an email requesting a shipment date. I am also not getting a response. The shipment date was supposed to be three business days!! I have paid via the Amazon payment and wondering how easy it will be to get a refund?

Avoid this company

I bought an Osprey daypack on April 20th. They remained silent until April 28th when they sent me an email saying they didn't have the item and were waiting for it.

I replied, stating that my money had been taken from my account, and they were still selling the exact same item on their website. Why are they selling an item they don't own?

They have ignored my emails to this date, and I am still waiting for information that the item was sent. Despicable behaviour and customer service.

It is true that we do not have all products in stock and have to reorder them from our manufacturers. There can be various reasons for this. However, this is always agreed with the manufacturers so that the waiting times are as short as possible! If we have to reorder an item from a manufacturer first, this is reflected in the longer delivery times indicated for a product.

It was not our intention that your enquiry remained unanswered for so long. We would like to formally apologise for this. Your parcel was handed over to our shipping service provider on 3 May and is currently at the export parcel centre. Unfortunately, we no longer have any influence on when your parcel will arrive. You have already received the consignment number for parcel tracking from a member of staff by e-mail.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, particularly if you in the U.K. The merchant portrays itself as a U.K website. Using addresses such as eXXpozed.co.uk and displays a Union Jack in the corner of the screen. This is nothing short of entrapment.
I made an online purchase on 18th April and received an automated email directly. Credit card payment was not an option at checkout and they suggested “Amazon Payment” After waiting a week, I had not received a dispatch notification. I contacted the merchant to be informed that the item was out of stock and I would need to wait until the factory had shipped to them. On 30th April, I was informed that the merchant was outside of the U.K and that I need to pay an additional £49.18 import duty.
I complained to the merchant regarding there deceptive practices and received an well rehearsed response. They quoted Amazon terms and conditions in regard to import taxation etc.
Given the above, I have decided NOT to pay the duty and to return the goods.
After reading other postings relating to this merchants returns policy, I am now wondering if that was the right decision.
MERCHANT- please don’t bother responding, I’ve now read your responses to the numerous other negative reviews and they’re getting repetitively boring and meaningless.

Even if you do not wish to receive a reply, we will answer you anyway.
You can see from our website that our registered office is in Germany. This is also stated in the legal notice. In our general terms and conditions and with each product you will also find a note that customs duties are incurred for orders to Switzerland, Great Britain and countries outside the EU and are to be borne by the customer. These costs are not included in the product price!
Unfortunately, we cannot judge why payment by credit card was not possible, as this is not noted by us. We will have this error checked and rectified if it exists in the shopping basket.

For some items, it is quite possible that we do not have them directly in stock. This is reflected in a longer delivery time for the item in question. We have to order these from the manufacturer ourselves, which results in delays and longer delivery times. There is nothing fraudulent about this. Our employees process all requests and pack the goods as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we no longer have any influence over delays in delivery that occur after handover to our shipping service provider.

We take every single enquiry very seriously and forward it to the relevant department so that it can be checked and processed. Therefore, it is also important to us to respond to all reviews, there is nothing meaningless about this.

I recived all and correct items from exxpozed

so i read lots of reviews before placing my first order. I made sure I paid by visa card just in case as it seems to be risky. I made the first order - 6 items - quite pricey ones. And then i made one more order for one more item. I am unable to say if i have been an exception but i have received all items - correct ones - in both orders in a reasonable time. I also had an inquiry as i have been nervous and received a prompt reply. So my review is 5 stars and beyond.

Suggest to use Amazon Pay as a method of Payment

I did order with this store twice last year and paid with PayPal. One order was received perfectly. The other order was cancelled and got refunded correctly. I have read a lot of negative feedbacks and a few positive feedbacks. I was reluctant at first but I would like to give a try. Deals are excellent and Amazon Pay guarantee satisfaction.

I did order from exxpozed.com and paid with Amazon Pay. I have received my order perfectly in 3 weeks (I live in the US).

When will you give me a refund?

I transferred the money to the company account last Monday. My order number is UK-00154187. Then, your staff confirmed the product was out of stock, so another staff let me know that the company will send a refund on Tuesday. My bank is online bank so it took only one day to transfer the money to the German bank. But I haven't received a refund yet so far. I am concerned about your working process after I reviewed many negative feedbacks here and also another website (trustedshop). I mailed to your office today. If I receive a refund by the next Tuesday, then I will update this review. Otherwise, I also will add another review. I feel this is unfair to the customers and also this may negatively affect to your business.

Update: As I promised, I updated this review. Today I received a refund. It took two weeks. It was not smooth but anyway I received a refund. To be honest, I don't want to order any product with the cash transfer.

The return policy outside Germany

The return policy outside Germany foresees that the shipping cost are for the buyer account ; cost of shipping for their location are very high and you realize this only when you need to ship back goods , therefore is almost impossible to return the good and get your money back with a reasonable shipping cost . Example : bought goods for almost 500 euro needed to return part of it worth around 350 euro , cost of shipping back was indicated by DHL around 250euro , in this situation what to do , just keep unwanted goods . Very bad and not transparent policy . I will refrain in the future to buy from them

They do not return money after order being canceled

I have paid with credit that and payment did not went thru. I then proceed to do bank transfer with the order number in the bank transfer details.

eXXpozed keeps saying that I did not pay and refuse to return my money.

Phone support does not work. Emails are not being responded.

It is a scam.

Problems with after sale service for resoling shoes

I bought a pair of Hanwag Katni's shoes on the Exxpozed website in June of 2022, and have worn through the soles, and would like them to be resoled. I’ve had Hanwag shoes resoled in the past with no problems, and it is usually an easy process. The shoes are returned to the place of purchase and then forwarded to Hanwag for resoling. I have been in contact with Hanwag in this case as well, and they stated the resoling could be done with no problems using that method.
I’ve now contacted Exxpozed three or four times via email about my request, but there has been no response whatsoever, complete silence. Until now, no one from Exxpozed has bothered with anything.
Hanwag makes great shoes and boots, and their repair and resoling service is great. I will continue to buy their products, but not from this seller.
Exxpozed in my experience, leaves a lot to be desired in terms of their customer service. Their prices are good, but after purchase service, in my experience, is not.

Super prices , high quality products

I was a bit concerned to buy in this website after reading all the reviews. However, I decided to try and it was absolutely perfect! I bought 2 pair of Black Diamond trekking poles and there are high quality I could not believe the price . 100% recommended. The delivery took longer than I was expected but defo it was worthy.

Quick delivery of great priced products

Ordered some snowboard split skins. Arrived to UK in 4 days exactly as ordered and massively cheaper than other suppliers. Exxposed may be tricky to work with if you need to return something from the UK (as they're in Germany). But, if you know you're gonna keep what you order, they seem to work great.
