Not good I'm afraid
Not good I'm afraid. I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion I think I will. I bought a pair of Haglofs Duality shoes order that arrived in good time but minus a pair alternative insoles that should have been in the box but weren't. I emailed the company asking them to send the missing parts - just an auto reply. After two further non answered emails I followed their returns procedure and posted the shoes back (£16.40). I know the shoes have been received by them but still no refund. I have a mental picture of some poor sod in their Returns Dept drowning in a sea of boxes. The company should cease taking orders for couple of weeks and pour their staff into sorting out this returns mess because there is no excuse for holding both people's money and the goods that have been returned. This is bordering on the fraudulent.
17/3/24 Update - on 4th March I was refunded the full price of the returned goods. On 7th March I received the first non- automated email supplying me with a return postage voucher. This was a bit late really as the goods were posted back at my expense weeks earlier. In short, I am grateful for the refund and the late gesture of prepaid postage - but the company were to slow to reply to initial emails.

Professional scammers team
I have ordered a month ago a climbing harness and I am still waiting even for them to pack it and ship it. I have been calling almost daily without getting a hold on them. I sent an email and according to the automatic reply email, the reply can get up to 72h due to the high volume, that was 5 days ago...
Now reading here about everyone not getting their money back, I am seeing now that I will probably not get mine either...
What a team of scammers...

I just took my pair of douple pulley here in Portugal from eXXpozed (Germany). I had never ever bought from eXXpozed, I even wrote a bad review after seeing so many negative comments. However, I did delete it and decided to give a it a chance. That was the best shot ever. The pulleys are great as they are very good. So if you are in Portugal, and wondering if they do delivery here safely, YES THEY DO! Thanks eXXpozed you ROCK!

Surprisingly good experience
I discovered this e-shop while looking for a Kask ski helmet. They had one specific model I had been eyeing for some time, in the correct size, and on a 30% sale, so I wanted to make an order. Out of curiosity, I checked the reviews which quickly made me rethink my decision. I started looking elsewhere, thinking I could find a similar deal, but to no avail. Eventually, my temptation won, I took the risk and on Friday ordered the helmet through eXXpozed. The order had been dispatched on Monday and was delivered on Thursday, well within the promised time for my location. Although the box was slightly damaged (bumped corners), the helmet arrived in perfect condition.
From what I've read, returning goods is usually the main issue with this company but as I don't have the need to undergo this process I cannot comment on that. So far, my experience has been solid and I wouldn't be afraid to order from this store again.

Worst online shopping experience ever
This shop doesn't even deserve 1 single star! My order Nr. EU-00115206. I have returned the goods because of eyelet defect, asking for money refund. After several e-mails, still no feedback, no answer from eXXpozed at all. I would not recommend anyone buying anything from eXXpozed - unless you want to be exposed to all sorts of problems with this fraudulent shop. Avoid this company at all costs!
It´s time to start a legal procedure...
BTW: I do NOT believe, five stars reviews were written by real customers. Bots, or employees ;-)

Worst customer service ever (non existent). I have been trying for 9 months to return an order which I had cancelled before it even shipped. I have been emailing and leaving reviews (6 Nov 23 and 9 Dec 23) but zero help given. On trustpilot I have received 2 replies that my emails will be responded to urgently. I have NEVER received a reply to any of my emails. I continue to receive their marketing emails even though I have unsubscribed several times. This company is a nightmare.
7 months and counting waiting for refund (or a reply to an email)
I am writing a second review because Trustpilot seems to be the only way to get a response from the company. I returned an item 7 months ago and I am still waiting for my refund. After 4 months, 15 unanswered emails, and a poor Trustpilot review, I was assured that the return had been received and my refund would be processed within 10 days. 3 months and 8 unanswered emails later, I am still waiting for my refund or any communication from the company. It's the worst customer experience I have had online.

They don't even deserve 1 single star.
- Ordered 2 items in Jun 2023, only 1 was shipped.
- Waited for a month, asked 3 times for when the 2nd shipment will be shipped. No answer.
- Asked for a refund since Aug 2023, pushed >10 times, no feedback at all till Feb 2024.
Update: got the refund in mid Mar 2024. thanks to the colleagues who actually follow up

Non-existent customer service
Item received promptly but the jeans are not the correct size - they have the wrong label attached. I have sent 2 mails requesting a return shipping label but nearly 2 weeks later have not had a reply to either. No telephone number on the website so I am stuck. Have escalated to Amazon Pay. Will not use Exxpozed again and would not recommend at all.

I bought some ski gear through Exxpoxed…
I bought some ski gear through Exxpoxed and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. I was buying a Picture Organic jacket, which are pretty hard to get in the UK, ordering was easy, delivery incredibly fast considering it was coming from Germany and I had no issues with it getting stuck at the boarder.
Appreciate there have been some poor reviews, but this isn't one of them. I would actually recommend.

I've never experienced such appalling customer service in my life! I've sent TWO emails requesting a refund over a month ago, and guess what? Not a single reply! It's beyond frustrating and downright disrespectful. Exxpozed, are you even reading your emails, or are you too busy ignoring your paying customers? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sorry excuse for an online shop. They'll gladly take your money but conveniently forget about you when it's time to provide basic customer support. Absolutely disgraceful!

Non-Existent Customer Service makes returns impossible
I ordered an Isbjorn Penguin snowsuit and the company sent me a completely different size to the one I ordered. The size 80cm I was sent is not even listed on their website.
I started trying to contact them via email from the moment I got the order confirmation with the wrong size listed and they never responded.
Since the wrong size snowsuit arrived, I have sent them 3 right to withdraw statements via email with no response at all.
They seem to have no customer service whatsoever.
I escalated to Amazon Pay who have also tried to contact EXXpozed without any success.
I hope they respond to this review so that I can get my refund.

I was initially worried about my purchase after reading all the negative reviews on here. So much so that i tried to cancel my order !
However, i had nothing to worry about. I got a swift email response that my item had been processed with tracking and it arrived to Scotland 8 days later.
Please give these guys a fair chance, i would recommend and i will buy again if and when i next need some good walking boots at a reasonable price !

Late refund, slow customer service response
On Nov. 24th, 2023 I received a confirmation email: "Your return sending for invoice X, dated 24.11.2023 09:10:20, has arrived at our warehouse today and will be checked within the next two days." It also stated "Please be aware of the time period of at least 10 days till the refund to your account can be sent." So, I've waited patiently for my refund, but... even after more than 2 months, I haven't received my refund yet.
I sent multiple emails to info@exxpozed, but without a reply. I also tried calling customer support, but most often the message received is that no customer agents are available, following a disconnect. One time, on Friday Jan. 19th, I called and was put in the queue at nr. 9. After more than 2,5 hours of waiting I was finally at nr. 1 in the queue, but then Exxpozed disconnected the line after more than 3 hours of waiting.
I'm greatly disappointed in Exxpozed and I would appreciate it if they could reach out to me and provide me with my refund.
Update 2024.03.25. I am happy to report that I received my refund on Feb. 5th. Thank you.

All comms are ignored
The very expensive HH ski jacket failed after one season.
Sent two emails to make a warranty claim. The shop never replied despite waiting for weeks. Ended up contacting HH who as an exception solved the problem: the correct process was to request this through the retailer.
I would not recommend anyone buying anything from Exxpozed - unless you want to be exposed to all sorts of problems with this unreliable shop.

So your saying you hide the extra charges in the terms and conditions but cleary have ' including taxes and shipping ' directly underneath the price ( in £ Stirling ) of your products when clicking purchase ! !
