I had a great experience of this company.
I order from eXXpozed after finding a pair of snowboarding gloves at a great price and then saw some of the review and I was a bit worried. But my gloves arrived yesterday, which was within a week of ordering, and they are a fantastic bit of kit - I couldn’t be happier with them. The only thing for me that could have been improved was I received an order confirmation email but not an email to say they had been dispatched. Other than that, I have had a positive experience and would definitely use them again.

I received a wrong product
I received a wrong product. I have sent multiple emails and left multiple callback requests on their customer service portal without any responses.
The company is a scam without any customer service. Avoid even though the prices are lucrative!

Longer delivery time, but all good.
Ordered from this shop as the price was great. Then started reading all the bad reviews and got worried.
In reality, i received what I ordered to Finland in 14 calendar days. (Home delivery with DHL).
Overall, I am satisfied, but there was a moment I wish I had more transparency about the order status. It took a week to dispatch (apparently was not on stock). The initial stock status was not mentioned during at the moment of purchase.

Avoid them
I bought a lowa boots from them in last april. I got it almost a month later. I sent back the boots because it wasn t the right size in June and i m still waiting for the refund. I ve written severel emails to them and i ve got zero answer.

Have never written a bad review before but ordered trousers EU - 00116233 in December, the money has been taken from my account but I had no clue where my trousers were until 16/01 2.5 weeks after ordering when a tracking number was sent. On receiving my order confirmation the address was wrong so requested that this be updated. Sent 10 emails asking for an update from exxposed, over 3 hours calling on the "customer service" line and then abruptly cut off.
Only communication from Exxposed was the response to this review, Zero response to emails or requests to give an update & change the incorrect address for 2.5 weeks.
Eventually I managed to update the address through contacting the postal service myself and 3 calls of 15 mins duration. Trousers received 18/01.
Thought Ry*n@ir was the worst but this is the new champion...........

Terrible communication and terrible customer services. The worst.
Goods still not arrived nearly a month after ordering. Not the 6 working days as advertised.
Ordered a rucksack to go travelling and it hasn’t arrived in time for my journey.
Customer services has only responded to one (of six) of my messages. Goods are apparently in transit but I seriously doubt it.
Do not buy from this organisation.
I’ve never written a review before but want to help others avoid this problem.
Update: the reason for the exceptionally long delivery time is because Exxpozed failed to pay the correct amount to allow for clearance through customs. It took 10 messages for me to finally uncover this…. They have still not paid the correct fee, two weeks after being advised of this issue. And are still claiming there’s nothing they can have done to speed up the delivery. Complete joke of a company. Worst ever service

While, in law customs tax is usually the responsibility of the importer (ie the buyer), However, when someone buys goods from a U.K. website - co.uk - you kinda imagine you won’t be stung with a customs charge and for it to take weeks for your goods to arrive.
It may be in the small print, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t suck. You know you’re dealing with a disreputable company when this kinda thing happens. As I said, don’t ever buy from exxposed

They don't deliver goods and let you wait in their hotline queue for hours and then simply hang up when it's your turn. No response to emails, either. Now I have all this hassle with trying to get my money back - do not buy from them ever!

Not recommending
Totally not recommending anybody to order from this eshop. Endless waiting time for answering e-mails. I've ordered boots on December 3rd. On December 12th I received an email about delivery delaying. On December 14th they've sent an email about my ordered item being sold out and about automatic refund. It's January 10th and they are not answering to any of my emails about the status of refund. The worst communication I've ever experienced and I still haven't received my money back. After reading my review I got a reply via e-mail and finally received my refund on January 19th 2024.

Customer service disappointing
Hi
I ordered a parcel from this company on the 27th November as I have heard good things about it from people who I know that have ordered from them before to the UK so was expecting great customer service.
I fully understand that it was around Black Friday weekend and then the holiday period for people so wasn’t expecting it to be very quick but definitely quicker and better customer service from what I have received so far.
Although my parcel was shipped next day and picked up via DHL, nearly 6 weeks on I have currently no update on where my parcel is other than still in Germany. I have been in contact twice with DHL explaining my issue but they just have a standard response saying it would be collected by parcel force here. However, parcel force were very nice and told me that it is still currently at the border so they cannot do anything about it… contact seller.
Since though contacting these people I have tried to contact exxppozed via email 3 times, social media and calling them… no reply.
I am very disappointed in this as I had really high expectations since they are quite well known and are an outdoor company.

Just don‘t order
I should have checked the reviews before ordering! I returned a coat that did not fit properly which arrived in Germany on 7 December 2023 and it has not been collected and attempted deliveries failed. Absolutely unprofessional company and fake promises regarding returns. I have now spent £105 for the coat plus £20 for return postage and no replies to any emails.
Edit: despite the below reply from the company no one ever texted out to me. The coat was returned as non-delivered/non-picked up after a few weeks. What a waste of money and time and energy. SO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU WILL NOT RETURN IT.

This fraudulent e-shop offered shoes…
This fraudulent e-shop offered shoes that until today it offers as available in stock, but they are not available in stock!!! The whole thing is just a tool to fraudulently extract money from customers. In the first days, they apologized by e-mail that they would try to order the goods we ordered from the manufacturer, but unsuccessfully. They offered us a choice of other goods, which we refused and demanded a refund! Since that moment, they have not responded to emails for more than a month and when trying to call the call center it is always unsuccessful, the same robot is always released! This whole process fulfills the essence of the crime of fraud and unless the money is returned to us immediately, we will be forced to report this whole thing to the police and law enforcement authorities as well as to the tax authorities!

Ordered a splitboard in august
Ordered a splitboard in august, after payment was done they cancelled the order(they said they received my return, while they never sended the board). Multiple emails later no response and no money back.
Contacted the ecc Europe, after 4 months I got my reimbursement.
I advise everybody to contact this organisation, even if it is just for a small amount.
Google for european-consumer-centres to find some help

Good service, fast delivery, great prices, fast refunds for returns
I ordered two pairs of hiking pants for a really great price, unfortunately the size didn't work so I returned them. I was really worried because I read these reviews afterwards. Turns out I was worried for no reason, they confirmed the receipt of the return a week after receiving, and refunded me immediately. I felt it necessary to share my experience here because I think people often only share when it's negative, which can create a false perception.
I had a similar experience with them 3 years ago - ordered an expensive item, a few days afterwards I received a message it will be delayed because of supply issues, I asked to cancel the order because I needed the item sooner, and it was refunded immediately.
I am taking away one star only because of high return shipping costs - not their fault and I knew in advance I would have to pay it myself, but didn't expect it to be so high (from another EU country to Germany 17 EUR).
But other than that, good service, fast delivery, and really great prices.

Hi,
I have purchased some clothing from them. Despite the website items being indicated as "on stock", in reality, they need to order them from the manufacturer. Everything takes time and as the package has arrived way too late for my needs, I have decided to do a return. Items were shipped back, I have delivery tracking and proof of delivery.
I have several times tried to contact them, but without success, no feedback, no refund.

Marmot jacket
Seeing all the bad reviews I wanted to post my own experience. I bought a Marmot jacket as a Christmas present. Exxpozed were by far the cheapest. I ordered on 15 December and then read the reviews, which left me worried. But the jacket was despatched very quickly and arrived today (one week later) even though it was sent from Germany to the UK. So in my experience Exxpozed were very cheap and very fast.

Sent back an item I´d ordered and THREE months later I'm still waiting for my money. And it's no small amount.
I can only warn you, DO NOT BUY ONLINE from this shop.
Mails are ignored, no chance to reach anybody by phone.
