Faulty product from the start
MIS SOLD ME A PRODUCT THAT WAS NEVER BOUND TO WORK
My original BMW key died, can't replace battery (old style)
Ordered a key replacement for my BMW 2012 Z4 from Eydens
Their engineer came to my house
Programmed a new key (or tried to)
Spent around 2 hours but their engineer couldn't figure out why their key wasn't working properly
They blamed it on my car. Faulty responder or antenna.
The engineer left with the key still being faulty
They said they did everything they can and I have to pay
So I paid
Took my car to an Official BMW dealership
I was advised that only official keys work with this car
Also ran a diagnostics and nothing was wrong with my car
Contacted Eydens for a refund but they refused to refund it
They even asked for video proof so I sent them one with an official key working as intended, and theirs not working properly in the same video
I've explained everything and all they wanna do is repair or replace they key they provided - which will obviously be a waste of time
What was their engineer doing for all ages in my car?
So I was sold a product that was never bound to work
This company should know about their service's compatibilities
They should've never left me with a faulty product
Shouldn't blame their customers either
Terrible experience overall
