Don't bother - they took my money !

Don't bother - it's a scam. If your ordered product is out of stock, they refuse to offer a refund. They only agreed to offer me a credit note with no expiry date. Shockingly, when I tried to order the product a few months later, they falsely claimed that management has changed hands and credit notes can no longer be honoured. Companies House records show the director is the same individual and the company has not changed hands. In my experience this is a dishonest, fraudulent and unethical company. A number of reviews echo negative experiences.

Please order from a reputable company instead.

Took ages to come but one lens is…

Took ages to come but one lens is damaged I got in touch the same day and have sent a number of emails and had no response . I want a refund and for that amount of money this should be the least they do . Can ignore me forever customer service is non existent answer the emails !!!

I had mixed feelings about The Eye…

I had mixed feelings about The Eye Corner. While their lenses are comfortable and meet claims for dry eyes, the process of receiving my order was frustrating. Delivery took months longer than expected despite repeated dispatch updates, and communication was slow. For the premium price, I expected better efficiency. Not sure I’ll revisit. ***

Fancy Dress Contact Lenses

The colour and finish looks absolutely nothing like the image. I fully understand that the final look will vary from eye to eye but colour I chose (Agata) looks closer to red.
I look like I’m going to a Vampire Halloween Party and the blending looks like it’s been printed directly from an HP printer. It does not look anywhere near natural. So disappointing.

The lack of response or acknowledgement from my email is even more disappointing.

Do not waste your time and money on this product.

Literally have ordered many times…

Literally have ordered many times before it was fine. Used to get my order quickly without any issues.

Not sure why they have gone downhill. But i was told it is due to unforseen shipping problems which do happen time to time I guess. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered and paid.

My issue was I received no dispatch email or tracking information showing where they are. Received an email after contacting them myself after a fortnight these are delayed in the post.

The mobile number provided doesn't work so you even if you send an enquiry. You have to wait for someone to respond. These processes could certainly be improved. But they do respond so I won't be too harsh.

I spent a lot of money on this site over the years. If they have the courtesy to let you know and the ability to track your order it would be great. I hope this is a process they will improve on.

However cannot fault them for previous service provided, therefore I have amended my rating.

Still waiting for my order to arrive though anticipating it is by the end of the week.

Scammed ??

I placed my order on the 26th of January it’s coming up to two months now that I haven’t received my order. The lenses are expensive and the moneys been taken but I have no product ? Ive had the same email 3 times saying that it’s been dispatched and will be at their office next week. Never ordering again. My lenses have arrived but the point is they arrived late. Weeks later than they were supposed to be.

We had requested for information several times from you, and you did not provide it. We informed you that your parcel had been delivered, and yet you did not remove your review. It would greatly help is if you post the emails you are referring to, as it will prove that we are telling the truth and your order was delivered.

If you need further help, we will be happy to assist via email. We are not sure as to why you are lying about receiving your lenses, and the date that you received them, which we can easily prove. We encourage you to amend or remove your review, as making false statements against our company is something we take very seriously.

They have an excellent customer service I have ordered multiple times from here and they have been so brilliant, they ship out orders the same day and you receive them the following day I am very pleased with this company because there customer service is unbelievable and they are very helpful and solve any problems quickly. Al fin!

My experience so far has been a little disappointing, just for the fact that these have been the most expensive lenses I've purchase, so I expected something efficient and fast, but It's almost a month since I payed and my order hasn't even been attended, nor sent. I don't know when or if they will send it, but I'll wait and see what happens. I will be updating my opinion about this purchase accordingly when and if I receive my order.

Update: No, no he comprado antes en The Eye Corner, y revisé el status de mi orden y no hay cambios, según dice la Respuesta. Pero como dije antes, seguiré esperando y actualizaré mi opinión cuando obtenga el producto.

Update: ¿Como está esto? NO, mi pedido no me ha llegado, ni siquiera lo han enviado y NO he comprado con ustedes 6 veces.

Update: Al fin me llegó mi pedido, tardó más de dos meses, pero el producto en sí es de mi agrado. Bonitos y cómodos.

I know a thing or 2 because I’ve seen a thing or 2 and solotica lens are the greatest most natural looking most comfortable and most long lasting lenses I have ever tried in my life!
It is very difficult to find a lens that will show up on dark eyes I’ve tried so many brands so many different colors etc and finally I found solotica I’ve tried 2 colors and I’m fixated on quartzo hydrocor which is absolutely captivating I’ve never received so many compliments in my entire life! These are definitely a game changer
If you want a contact that will show up beautifully and naturally on darks eyes and a contact that is worth its price lasting basically an entire year then solotica is it! Stop wasting time and money on contacts and just get these you will not be disappointed

Regular customer

I’ve been using these consistently for 4+ years and I love them. They never dry out, are always super comfortable so despite being a bit pricier than other brands I’ve tried, I prefer these above all for their comfort. Everything they claim to be - easy to wear and good for dry eye. Can be worn all day without any discomfort.
