I've been waiting more than 10 days and the tracking system says my order has been stuck in Melrose Park, Illinois for 8 days now. I don't even live in Illinois. I contacted customer service and they sent me an admittedly A.I. response saying I have to wait 14 days before inquiring where my order is ... WHAT?!?! Does anyone have a number I can call to speak with an actual person?

I purchased quite a few colored contact lenses from FreshGo earlier this month for the first time and I'm very impressed and have already placed another order with them last week! Not only are all the colors quite stunning, but they really enhance your entire look with or without make up (I wore them without make up). They're absolutely beautiful colors and despite their affordable price, they are much more comfortable to wear than the FreshLook Colorblends that I'd been using until now. Also, the customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend them!

I have been buying colored contacts from eye fresh go for almost two years now, and they’ve never let me down. All their contacts are very natural working, and the price is so affordable. Customer service is super quick and easy to deal with if you ever have a problem.

Back in mid March, I ordered 3 pair of colored contact lenses from this business. The website says they ship in 2 to 6 days. It's over a month later and I still have not received 2 out of the 3 pairs I ordered. I have reached out to their customer service only to get excuses and lies as to where my order is at. Instead of them Express mailing the items, which would have been the proper thing to them for them to do, they have provided me a tracking that basically states they've never sent it. Absolutely horrible!! I will never recommend this company for any business or customer and I certainly will never use them myself.

I was having issues with contacts I purchased, I reached out to customer service. They not only responded quickly but replaced my lenses for free even though I could not return the ones with issues since I had already opened them. Awesome customer service!!!

I’ve been ordering contacts with this company for a couple years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. There was one time I ordered the wrong color and I emailed them asking to change it and they did it immediately without any problem.
10/10 service and quality.

The lenses are super realistic. People ask me "did you have green eyes and we never noticed". They are subtle and make my face brighter. They are real comfortable and love wearing them!!

I had the most wonderful experience ordering color contacts for my daughter from FreshGo. They came so fast and shipping was free on my order. However, my daughter wasn’t completely satisfied with the color she chose, so I reached out to find out my options. A rep from FreshGo responded very quickly and provided an option that exceeded my expectations, allowing my daughter to get the color she wanted without any inconvenience to me.
