Best place to get your contacts. I ordered the wrong one and message them and they replied right away. FreshGo doesn't seem like they just want your money. Great customer service thank you FreshGo 😁🤗

I like wearing colored contact lenses for fashion and I’ve always ordered from Freshgo their products are high quality at a good price, customer service is also excellent they are very responsive. I had received a defective item but they gladly replaced it.

The delivery took some time but that is not the company’s fault. They were delivered to the wrong apartment but Luckily my neighbor gave them to me. As for the product, I cannot wear them because I think the size is off. The company offered to send replacements or reimbursement, which is what I chose because I didn’t know if another pair would work. These didn’t work out for me but good customer service.

Loved the lenses: I really love my lenses they are very comfortable you forget you have them on Also the delivery of the lenses was great I got them in a few days, although when placing my ordering I was suppose to receive a free pair with a code the code didn't go through but after sending a email to the company the problem was address in a timely matter I will be ordering more contacts in the future.

The experience with refreshing contactlenses is that they are affordable a pair of your contact lenses in correlation with my prescription lenses make me the fair of the event. I LOVE MY EYES

The phone number listed is not a good number . I Ordered 6 pair of contacts it said delivered, I never received them post office scan says it was delivered so Freshgo won't replace my order and post office is investigating but said I should make freshgo replace them they have insurance for it and told me there's been many thefts in my area. So now I'm out money n contacts never again will we deal with this company we've has several email exchanges and was told have post office look into it and they have its under investigation but I'm the one that's literally paying for it.I work to hard for my money so this company will not be getting anymore from me. Freshgo has horrible customer service...never again..I don't know about you but it's hard for me to come by extra money and this order was 81.00 I made 2 payments so I paid 40.00 but stopped the remainder 40.00 payments because I never got my order and company won't replace them .I even sent post office emails that it was lost or stolen and still no help. My advice is if you can't afford to lose your money don't order from this overseas company. Because if you don't get your order you won't get your money back either. So beware.freshgo said I recieved them but I'm refusing to pay for them ,I'm furious and no help at all.

I will NEVER buy my color contacts anywhere else!!! The colors are vibrant, shipping is quick,customer service is amazing!! I could not be happier with my purchase:) I have ordered from here a couple of times and have never been disappointed

Hello, my experience with this company has been nothing but 5 star the lenses and the customer service always is a1 so do yourself a favor a treat yourself to a pair or two

Freshgo is an all around establishment focused on the quality of a full service business, there was not one area of service to which they were lacking. My lenses were beautiful, the shade were exactly like the photos and the most natural looking contact lenses I have ever worn. They fit to perfection and I'm not exaggerating. I received them in about three days after i purchased them, and that's not all the customer service is immaculate and they are speedy and courteous, I promise you Freshgo will not disappoint, and not to leave out you can clearly see that they have colors and styles that you cannot find anywhere else. I bought 6 pair and they came yesterday.

I had previous ordered from this company twice before and the customer service was excellent! I ordered a third time and my order got misplaced or something, so I emailed the company and they provided a few easy steps to go through to verify that the order was in fact lost. After I did those steps I emailed them back and to my surprise they offered to send me another pair for free. I got them within days! I will definitely continue to order from this company.

The delivery was fast, the color of the lens was beautiful, and it was comfortable to wear. I plan to continue purchasing from this site in the future.
