Absolutely the worst company I've had to deal with in a long time. Confusing and inaccurate dimensions and rude customer service. Don't order anything from them unless you want to be jerked arround.

The glasses I ordered looked really good, but I had no idea that they were drop shippers. Ordered on the 25th August and still hasn't arrived (now 4th September). Goods are in China somewhere.

Update: 7th September, still no package. Tracking still says China.

Item was never delivered after more than 30 days and Eyekeeper did not answer my support inquiries. Still have not gotten a response.

I bought a 5 pack of glasses and one pair was damaged when they arrived. I wrote a review saying this and was quickly contacted by customer support who were very helpful and are now are sending me a replacement pair - thank you - great service

On August 15, I paid for a pair of glasses. I have not received an order confirmation or the delivery, and I am wondering where the shipment is.
Asked CS two times and no answer.

They took a while to arrive from China - fair enough! I was surprised by the quality: quite thin but sturdy and well-made. I have bought packs in the past and gone through them in a month. I am still using the first pair with these.

Had great communication from seller, resolved issue straight away, send me a replacement.

I’ve ordered Eyekeeper before but my latest batch are a different hinge design that is more bulky and not great quality. They are good glasses, the fact the hinges bend back is great but they after a while the hinges don’t snap back and become floppy meaning the glasses fall off. I bought ten pairs that will need replacing after 12 months.

My first pair of Eyekeeper glasses broke at the nose bridge where the two different lens holders connect - Eyekeepers stood behind their product and offered a replacement. I'm happy to have both eyes corrected properly for reading glasses, much more comfortable for long reading/computing sessions, so this review replaces my earlier comments. Beware that the glasses are more fragile at the nose bridge than typical drugstore readers. I'd give five stars if the bridge connection was solid.

Placed an order on the 5th August. Nothing turned up until the 14th August as it had been sent from China. What turned up wasn't what I'd ordered but an entirely different sent of glasses. I emailed to complain and request the correct order to be sent on the 14th August upon receipt. When I heard no reply, I emailed again on the 18th August. Still heard nothing back. I've now paid for something I didn't order and there seems to be no way of getting a replacement or refund. Really not impressed.

Update: after posting on here they emailed me to ask what I wanted to do. I requested that my original order be sent out. I can confirm it has now arrived on the 1st September.

Eyekeeper frames are, essentially, disposal. Wear them a few times and they will break. The frames are extremely brittle and fail or crack along the bottom of the lens holder. They are cheap and so buy 50 and expect to just war it a few time before it breaks. Zero customer service. I think the presence in the US is just a warehouse.

Positives, the item was shipped quickly. But, negatives its coming from China, and as you'd expect, they use the worst of the worst UK based couriers.

Therefore, my order is stuck in limbo with an incomplete tracking number that is with Hermes on one platform, or with Evri on another? No idea. But it's not out for delivery again, and I have no way of rearranging delivery.

Do yourself a favour and order another brand from the UK. As if I'd known they were being shipped from China, I would not have ordered from Eyekeeper.

Shipping takes forever! I’ve been waiting over a week and my glasses are still in China. I wonder what the quality is like. If I want cheap Chinese plastic glasses, I can order from Temu and have them in 3 days.

So I contacted eye keeper about 2 pairs of my glasses that had broken in same place , they got back to me instantly and are sending out a replacement . Excellent customer service ! Also communication with customers. I always get asked where my glasses are from and recommend this company ! 10/10

Blue light blockers / Only red glasses with side panels doesn't block all blue light from the side.
I said this in their chat, but they argued that it's the same material even though I proved that blue light could be seen. They didn't even understand the physics behind their product and I tried to explain that. They didn't answer that inquiry.

I bought the product thinking the service was a guarantee for a good product, but it seems not true.

Cheap rubbish for high price, coming from China and if you want to return it needs to go to the US. I’ve thrown away a lot of money as it’s rubbish and can’t use it. Shipment to US costs me more than the items are.

Great to wear when having a migraine. They help me when my eyes are too sensitive to see bright lights.
