Very bad customer care service.
Still I have not recieved product, initially they said it will get delivered within 5-7 days and then they promised to deliver within 24-48hrs when I called 2 days back. I ordered on 29 june 22'
EY2906222197022-this is my order I'd you can check, I was told on last call that happened on 6/7/22, she told me it will dispatch by EOD which did not happen I even have call recordings, I recieved msg regarding dispatch on 7/7/22 and still I have not recieved my parcel. Why giving false information and commitments.I have bought this order for my mother she is not able to see anything because her glasses broke if your company was going to delay the order you should have told beforehand I would have bought it from local shop.

Fake , fraud website. Shows lucrative offers and when you buy they cancelll the order without informing you. I had to message them to know that my order is cancelled. Beware of such fraud websites.

My order got cancelled without any intimation. I think they cannot afford the promoted schemes. Better go with others for genuine services, affordability and fullfillment of committments. My advice to EyeMyEye is get a good Lock or else I will give u one.
