Very disappointing experience. I ordered glasses with blue cut and anti-glare, but they were neither. A test with a blue light pen proved the lenses had no blue cut protection. They also attract smudges and fingerprints easily, despite claims of being smudge-resistant.

Worse, both my regular glasses cracked near the lens frame within 6 months.

No proper warranty support was provided. Poor quality and misleading promises — I feel completely scammed.

My first order with them was almost flawless. One of the pairs came with the frame damaged so they sent us a brand new pair in no time. Great service! However....my second order after weeks and weeks was refunded by them with no explanation, yet showed in process and continued to show that. Probably still does. I was livid. I had no glasses.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses from EyeMyEye taking advantage of promos they were incredibly inexpensive. Progressives, photo chromatic lenses and sunglasses. All have been accurately made and I am pleased with the frames. No virtual try on app makes it a bit challenging but mostly frames have been nicer than expected.

I had a very frustrating experience with eyemyeye, and I feel compelled to share it. While their product return process was quick and efficient, the refund process has been a nightmare. Despite their promise to process refunds within 10-12 days, I’ve been waiting far longer without any resolution.I’ve sent numerous emails, followed up repeatedly, and even tried to call their customer care number only to find out it’s not working. The responses I did get to my emails were generic and didn’t address my concerns or provide any timeline for my refund.I wouldn’t recommend eyemyeye if you value good service and timely refunds and yes I'm still waiting for my refund

Glasses were great for a good price, but shipping took a lot longer than expected with little communication.

Paid for express delivery. They claimed my glasses were at their "shipping partner" for weeks. Next they claimed the packaged was lost. Took another week or so of daily prises of a refund to finally get it. Ordered October 1st, refunded November 3rd. Wasted a month and hours on chat. No glasses.

Truly amazing glasses I’m on my 4th pair!!!

I paid $0 for the frames, $5 for the lenses and $6 for shipping. This is ridiculously affordable for prescription glasses.

My single vision prescription was accurate. The frame size also seems to be in line with the dimensions offered on the website.

The material is described as acetate on the website. This may be true - I can't say for sure. I will note that the frames are noticeably lighter, and less substantial than other acetate frames I've tried. They are thick frames, but it's almost as if they're hollow, if you can imagine that. I might have guessed that they were just regular plastic. It's possible that this is just the style of this particular frame.

I had a FB promo to get my first pair of glasses for free, so I figured why not try them out? I added blue light filter for a few dollars and paid shipping, so well under $20 for glasses. I love them! They fit great, the script is perfect, they look cute and are exactly what I ordered. Shipping took like 3 weeks but for virtually free glasses it was worth it imo!

My glasses are perfect! I love the shape, color and even the cute packaging. My cleaning cloth matched my glasses!(not sure if that was done on purpose, but nice touch!). Shipping was quick. The lenses are crystal clear! Thank you EyeMyEye! You have a customer for life!

You have been warned. This is the last resort company you should ever consider. That's only if all the other companies caught fire. You will regret going with this company by far. I don't see how they are even in business still.

Best glasses they offer. I ordered for my mother

Ordered glasses on a 100% free promo that had no exceptions listed in their advertisements. Of course the free promo ended up costing $52. Three and a half weeks later they finally arrive made very wrong. They made the reading portion of the lens (progressive) so small they were impossible to read with AND they got my rx wrong.

After a lengthy chat session and multiple emails they offered me a different pair for an extra $35. I demanded a refund and they refused. Had to call credit card company to start a dispute. Then eyemyeye sent a partial refund. After several more emails and weeks I got the full refund.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! They for sure use fake reviews to counter the hoards of negative reviews. I would never buy anything from these people.

Jitna feature Glasses ka show karte hai 2298 wale me waise kuch bhi nhi hai, its very simple and frame quality is not soo good. Not worth to buy.

1. Order delivery delayed
2. Item was not per expectation. Was NOT expecting replacement but expected a discussion. Took 6+ weeks for support team to respond appropriately.
3. Was promised a cashback, supposedly to be claimed in 6 days, when support took 6 weeks, So, cash back did not happen.

Best Store for Trendy and Branded Eyewear.I bought Ray Ban Spectacles. Order ID EY0201243576242. Received Rs. 4694 Amazon voucher after 20 days though had to wait too long as there was too many requests in process with the company.Hence the delay.The cashback scheme is not a scam.But it comes with a catch.There is a short quiz it will ask you a quick question.You have to beat the timer and answer correctly and will definitely get voucher.I redeemed the voucher and ordered an Air-Fryer from Amazon.

Fraud company. I purchased my frame with glass in oct 23. That time i got warranty for 1 year. After 3 months I used that glass first time. Within 10 min frame broken, I mailed customer support team but they denied to replace my frame.

I ordered pair of power glasses and soon i got my eyes very painful if i use for more than 2 hrs. I previously used glasses ordered in lenskart and have no issues. I have more system job and this glasses is unfit for use. Dont buy glasses in this website.
