I received damaged computer glasses. When I applied for refund, it showed refund completed, but I have not received any amount in my account. Very bad experience with eymyeye.

Eye Glasses delivered does not have proper lense fix at one side (left eye), on writting to EYEMYEYE, they say either apply refund or they do not fix it.... i find this incorrect, as I have to wait for my kids eyeglasses for redoing all over again...I also agreed to pay courier cost, they say they do not have policy to fix issues...HOW??? and why should we purchase with defect...

Really very bad experience all the time...
I have purchased 3 sunglass and eyeglasses.
But every time it was a bad experience in product delivery .
2nd thing the problem arises when the frame color got faded within 2 months.
Sunglasses of Rs 800 after discount and the frame was of extremely worst quality .It looks like you got that frame from any road side of railway station .
Now coming to the major part.
When you are going to purchase any products they will show 1 year warranty .
But you will never know, that warranty is given on which think .. either on frame or on glass??
When you claim warranty for frame they will reply , frame have no warranty , there is only 14 days return policy , when you claim warranty for glass, they will reply the scratches of glass and color of glass doesn't come under warranty .
So please tell me that warranty is for what purpose?? Is there any machinery or electric part in the glass on which you are giving warranty ??

Very good quality product in cheap price. I have order power eyeglasses with power of -2.0 and in Buy 1 Get 1 offer it only cost me around INR 699.00 and the quality of lens also superb and very clear.

They increase reviews and ratings by their own employees hahahah so much .
Hidden Charges are there and they will now share there support ID for more information
But please Lenskart is more good and cheaper than eyemyeye.
They are looser and their services too
