Impressed with the Vision Check!

I'm impressed with how well this device works! I recently had a professional eye exam done, and my results were very close to what I got from the EyeQue Vision Check. There's a bit of a learning curve to get the positioning of the device correct, but once you get the hang of it, the results are quite accurate for single-vision prescriptions.

EyeQue's customer service is second to none!

Your customer service is second to none! The online chat service tech knew his product well and easily guided me through my difficulty. Even after the problem was solved and I had used my EyeQue for testing, he reached out to me via email to verify that my results were accurate and consistent. Wow! If only every customer service department could be this knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! I don't know how my experience could have been any better.

Update and second review

New Review: I received my glasses and I am very pleased. The glass frames are sturdy and they fit perfectly. I am amazed that using the EyeQue exam can be so spot on. I made sure I did enough exams to make sure I was getting a true reading. I probably over did it with about 20 exams. Of course, my choice to do so. In conclusion, very easy exam, very nice feature of trying on glasses and I love the glasses I picked out. And I can see, a very big plus.

Older Review:The person who helped me was very nice and friendly. I was told my glasses would take 7 days to reach my front door. Today is 7 days and I asked with online chat where my order was and I find out my glasses are still in the lab. So, to me, one end doesn't know what the other end is doing.

I was pleasantly surprised by Eyeque's…

I was pleasantly surprised by Eyeque's products. I've never tried a vision device before and didn't know what to expect. Well, it was quite easy and provided my results quickly. So thanks a bunch Eyeque, I'm impressed !

Patient and thorough. Worked with me until all issues were resolved, not just my initial issues. Product is like nothing else on market and took some adjustment for my phone.

two years and have never got it to work..

I've had this for two years and have never got it to work. It could be a low grade Cell Phone, but then again I am never going to buy an I-Phone....

Excellent!…

It took me a while and a lot of communication with tech support, but I finally got an EGN and glasses that are very clear . I am currently disabled,and am so grateful to have a way to get not just glasses, but excellent glasses. The prescription is more clear than some of the ones I have gotten from an optometrists office. And the tech teàmwas very patient and helpful when I had to write in.

The colored lines were incessantly…

The colored lines were incessantly outside of the borders and could not be corrected even when I moved the square viewing tool around on my screen. The mechanism vibrated and made a terrible screeching noise. I have had the unit for about 2 weeks now and have not been able to get one actual reading for myself.

It is possible you may have had the device placed upside down - that is the usual cause for the lines to be placed towards the sides of the screen vs the center.

This system is not giving me an accurate eyeglass prescription

The comments last time were not helpful. I followed the advice but nothing changed. The left lens is a computer distance prescription while the right lens is no good at any distance.
