Don't hesitate to give EyeQue a try

The testing equipment is fairly easy to use....it does take a few test runs to get the hang of it. The EyeQue numbers that you receive from the test are accurate as I have already received new glasses ordered online with the testing results. Love the option to get the try-on glasses for a low cost. They allow you to test the EyeQue numbers for accuracy without having to purchase more expensive glasses only to find the prescription isn't correct. Plus they could be used in an emergency situation if your glasses are broken or lost until you could get a new pair.

Couldn’t be improved

Couldn’t be improved! Denzel is as professional and thorough as anyone at any eye care practice I’ve ever used, if not more so. (And I’ve worn glasses for about 70 years.) Completely satisfied with the service and the product.

Super Support Received!

My experience with EyeQue

My experience with EyeQue has been great. Upon unpacking my device I noticed a piece was missing. I notified the company. The item was shipped out to me immediately. I’m here to say that I wished all customer support teams were this fast and friendly as this team has been.

Excellent Results

Excellent Results. I worked with Denzel during my first time using the tools and he helped me understand the results. EQ customer service is impeccable, and Denzel and I partnered very well. My end result was very satisfying. I ended up with a computer EGN and a single-vision (far) EGN. I am now awaiting two new fantastic cat-eye frames and I cannot wait to wear my new glasses!

It took a little getting used to…

It took a little getting used to differentiating between the red and green lines.. once i could do that, i proceeded with the test. The try on prescription was spot on.. thanks for a great product.

Wonderful

Tools, if followed to the letter, will get you the glasses/contacts/eye correction you want or need, without the cost of traditional eyecare visits. You can learn a lot about 'eyeglass numbers' and so much more, as well. Truly educational and very much worth the time and cost.

I would just like to warn other…

I would just like to warn other dissatisfied customers wanting a refund of same day purchase ..they take your money quickly and lag as long as possible expediting notification for insurance to re-establish availability to shop else where, its been 11 days since. I had to call my ins. who in turn called them to confirm.
Make sure they follow through even with their dissatisfied customers. @

Not accurate, proceed with caution

I was unable to get accurate eyeglass number results with EyeQue, they were always off by a large factor. I suspect it could be because of my permanent screen protector? Make sure you have some semi-recent values from an optometrist to sanity check against.

I asked if your product worked with…

I asked if your product worked with astigmatism , I was told yes so I purchased your product, What I was not told it is limited to about a 3 astigmatism and I am a 4 astigmatism so it did not work for me it was just a waste of money and time

With only three tests and a wide spread of results, a suitable set of EyeGlass Numbers cannot be generated for you. This is what prompted support to reach out. Our devices can support up to -5.00 Diopters of CYL, but the results can start to vary the closer to our range limit your testing needs are. Our limitations are listed on the store page for the VisionCheck as well as on the Amazon store page for the device. I love the idea

I love the idea. The science appears sound. However I have performed 31 tests that I thought were accurate tests, but it still says results are too inconsistent. AND THEY REALLY DO LOOK INCONSISTENT. And especially the last 10 or 12 tests I did I thought went real well. I am an engineer and understand how things work, and how to best perform them. Could the device be flawed somehow. I want so badly for this to work for me.

We didn't really know what to expect…

We didn't really know what to expect from this, but our experience was awesome. One of the technicians went over our results from the test in the app and had a couple of suggestions. After following their advice we got some test glasses and they were absolutely spot on. I couldn't recommend this enough.

Highly Recommended

My EyeQue experience was a new, let's-see-what-happens-next experience and I highly recommend EyeQue. I'd read about EyeQue a while ago, thought it was a great idea; And, the last pair of glasses I bought (a few years ago), I ordered online and that went well, so I had confidence in the online experience. I researched the product (Eyeque site, articles, videos, reviews). I ordered my EyeQue scope and PDCheck frames (Personal Vision Tracker Plus) via amazon. It is a simple process, but I had to practice (hand/eye coordination!) before I took the test. (With each practice test, my test-taking skills improved.) I tested more than required and compared my results with my last prescription: Consistent. I submitted my test results. I got a follow-up email from EyeQue because while my results were consistent, I forgot to set the resolution and brightness at the recommended level (EyeQue had the readings from my phone), and recommended resetting the phone and retaking the test to ensure more accurate results; that did make a difference. Shout out to Denzel Viray with EyeQue. (Reminder: make sure your brightness and resolution are set on your phone before you take the test.) I recommend ordering the sample glasses (note: currently distance only). I also recommend getting the more up-to-date version of the scope - the scope I had, I had to change the scope positions manually, and then had to reposition me again and again. I ordered new glasses online (still getting used to a progressive lens). I like having EyeQue within reach to check-in with my eyesight when I want. Overall, a very good experience.

So Far All is Well

I'm giving four stars at the this point because I have not come full circle in the process--I'm awaiting the arrival of my try-on glasees.
There was an issue transferring my numbers, but I am the sole reason for it. I contacted customer support and the issue was resolved in a timely and courteous manner. Thus far, in spite of my determination to thwart my own efforts at every possible juncture of a streamlined process, it has been a pleasure to use Eyeque and a huge benefit to me to do this from home.

Gives bad rx numbers, I threw it away.

I followed the instructions and used the tools to get my vision numbers. I used those numbers to buy their recommended $19 pair of test glasses. I was excited as they arrived, however that quickly changed as I saw that the lenses did not help my vision...the prescription numbers were wrong. I threw away my EyeQue tools that I'd purchased and do not plan on buying again.
