Good service but glasses not perfect. I was recommended a type of glasses after giving my requirements, unfortunately not sure what I was recommended did the job as explained by optician, does 2/3 but the main ask was not achieved. Very friendly service by optician but very difficult to speak to someone, phone is never answered so always have to leave a message to take a call back.

Amazing service everytime! Simon does an amazing job of explains everything in detail and doesn’t push anything that’s not necessary. I’ve referred all my family there as it’s such amazing and thorough service.

This was my first appointment and I was very impressed. I was introduced to modern equipment I had not seen before. The procedure and results were fully explained and I left very satisfied it had been an hour well spent.

I received an extremely thorough eye exam and tests, I was told about what the pictures and results meant in a clear in depth manner.

Without doubt I had the most helpful and in-depth eye examination ever this morning. From walking in to the very clean environment I was greeted warmly by the Optometrist Simon, who was very friendly and explained every step of the examination. I couldn’t believe how thorough it was, and I didn’t even know CT scans of eyes existed! What put this way above every other test I have ever undertaken was the fact that Simon took the time to go through every photograph and scan and explain what they mean. The appointment was not rushed and I was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I cannot recommend Eyeworks enough and if anyone truly wants to see and know what’s going on in their eyes I strongly advise booking an appointment.

A comfortable and pleasant experience! Reassuring to be to told that my eyes are fine and feel that I was checked thoroughly and everything was explained in detail. Would recommend to all my friends and family. I felt very well looked after. Thank you.

Blind as a bat? Sick and tired of heavy glasses that hurt? Get yourself to Eyeworks. I've worn glasses for 40 odd years and hated every minute but Eyeworks has been a real eye-opener (sorry)! Friendly, informative and professional. BEST GLASSES EVER!

5* Optician. Very professional, efficient and friendly. This optician has the latest technology and describes each process with confidence. I highly recommend Eyeworks as I am extremely happy with everything, especially the treatment I received.

Simon is the best, so friendly and it is clear he loves what he does. Very knowledgable, explains everything so clearly, uses the best lenses and is up to speed with all the technical advances. Great with all ages. Highly recommend.

Eyeworks is by far the most thorough, professional and cutting edge optician I've been to. I trust them for myself and my family, and they carry great ranges of frames as well. Can't recommend them enough, I wish I'd found them years ago!

Friendly and professional service.

Offered insight into how and why certain tests were done as well as how the eye functions. Something I had not experienced previously when i used Specsavers. Also provided information not previously offered to me by my previous optician relating to my eyes.

Will definitely continue to visit for my eye needs.
