I’ve had an amazing experience thus far. Transparent pricing for care, easy to use website, great appointment availability and great customer service. My Dr is great about checking to see if I have any questions or concerns regarding my treatment. On one occasion, the pharmacy was out of stock for my prescription and within minutes, the team at EZCare was able to get it sent to another pharmacy in my area that had it in stock.

Very focused on my medical situation. One of my best doctor experiences ever!!!

I’ve done telemedicine since 2017 for ADD and this was a great care service. Script was sent instantly.

IGNORE REVIEWS ABOUT HARD TO REACH. To be honest all telemedicine services have up to 3 days turnaround if you change your script from one pharma location to another. This is just the reality of the business and they’re just new and naïve so their complaining for no reason about turnaround times that are clearly stated on almost any telemedicine service. Cheers!

I live in OH and EzCare / Medvidi Are Awesome! For the first time in a long time i actually felt heard by my psychiatrist! Be patient as the can sometimes take a little longer than I would like but overall, so far, My experience w them has been great. I canceled my first appointment and they refunded me my money fairly promptly and so I decided to give it another shot and I'm so glad that I did. Thank you Dr Astor and thank you Medvidi!

Dr Morgan took his time to fully understand my problem, and to get a thorough history. He discussed possible treatments in depth and I felt he listened to me. This was my first experience w/ telemedicine and it was a positive one.

Quick customer service, my doctor actually listened, gave me my normal medication and some suggestions on other things for anxiety and panic disorders

I was very impressed with the entire process. I made contact with the company and had an immediate appointment. From that point on I received constant correspondence step by step on what to expect next and how to proceed. My appointment was on time and the physician that I spoke with was amazing. They very kind, open and actually listened to what I had to say. The physician reviewed several options for treatment and together we decided on a plan maintaining professionalism throughout our visit. The physician then reviewed what to expect next and when someone would reach out to schedule our next appointment. I am so glad I took the chance and made contact!

The doctor actually listened to what I had to say and we went through my entire history and found out my diagnosis was wrong she actually gave me medication that worked for my anxiety and not some off label use of other medication. She gave me relief!!!

I have had the worst experience, for years, trying to find a doctor that actually listens and understands what I am talking about and feeling UNTIL I found EZCare Clinic :) I am willing to pay the $ because doctor I saw here knew exactly how to help me. I honestly thought I was going to be like this, mental health wise for the rest if my life.... I'm just about to turn 37 Years old and I have 2 kids and until I found this doctor, my EXTREMELY, SEVERE panic attacks and Social phobia & anxiety made everyday in our home very very unpleasant. It's like I'm a whole new ME and it feels WONDERFUL and I can tell my family can see a positive impact as well! BTW..... I will be having my follow up appt this month! :) Thank u so much!!

So amazing to finally find doctors that listen. You can be completely honest with and still get the care that you deserve. Everybody should use this place.

***after all was said and done the only way that I got my problems resolved was because I left a terrible review on trustpilot and threatened to make a formal complaint with the better Business bureau.
I spent days researching EZCare clinic. Reading third party unbiased reviews about it in order to make a decision on who could best help me with my mental health. I set up my appointment for Thursday morning... The doctor was awesome, very personable, very understanding, and agreed that I have been walking around my entire life with undiagnosed ADHD... He prescribed 2 medications... and I was excited to finally be on my way to feeling normal. Thursday afternoon I had a text message saying that my prescription had been sent and was in the process of being filled. But when I went to Walgreens to pick up my prescription I was told that I am unable to get it filled there because the doctor was from Kansas City, which I was about 3 hours away from me, and they would absolutely not fill it because it was an online psychiatrist . I tried to explain that I used a psychiatrist via telehealth because I'm in a rural area and don't have many psychiatrists to choose from, also it would take 2-3 months to get an actual in office appointment.
So after trying to explain the situation in more detail, I leave to try and to figure out what I was going to do... I was being seen, and got an actual diagnosis of ADHD... So what the heck?!?!
I called EZcare clinic and spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone and basically she and I both were simultaneously searching for pharmacies close to me who may or may not fill my prescription. Honestly it seemed like this was a normal thing to her, and perhaps A LOT of people have problems getting a controlled substance prescription filled through EZcare clinic. I had to Google search and give her name after name of pharmacies that might help me. NONE of them were closer than an hour drive from me. I live and hour and 15 minutes south of St.Louis!!!! And she was only recommending Kroger's and Costco pharmacie in STL.
I was told that someone would get my pharmacy list and TRY to call around to find me a pharmacy to filled my prescriptions. I waited all evening, no call. I gave it a few hours the next morning, no call! So Friday late-morning I call and still nothing. The lady tells me that she will send my "case" and list of pharmacies to someone else as urgent, and I should expect a call... The stress and annoyance is really getting to me now. I had such high hopes for EZcare clinic but now I'm thinking that maybe they aren't a good resource and just want my money, with no actual help. Soooo, here I am 36 hours later and still just waiting. My ADHD is definitely in full swing right now. I feel like waiting for 2-3 months to get into a local psychiatrist would have been a better route now.

I have been in contact with the people from EZcare. We have been back and forth in trying to resolve this issue all day. I will re-edit this review once the issue has been settled.
The customer service has been very helpful and each time I've talked/Emailed them they seem to be trying to solve the issues with me.

I ended up having to use two different pharmacies to fill my prescriptions because of the shortage of this particular medictation. Two times I was sent away, from two different Walgreens because of the distance they were from my home address. Apparently I got "red flagged" I'm their system because of the distance.
The second time I went, the pharmacist was ridiculously rude to me (which was mio fault of EZcare)... He called Ezcare, held on the phone for 15 minutes and ultimately just gave up all while telling me that he was not sure if he could or could not fill prescription. Before leaving their parking lot, I emailed EZcare, got an email back fairly quickly telling me to have him call a certain phone number. I was beyond upset and replied stating that I was done with the back and forth Bs and they needed to call him.This was a Friday, by Monday I sent one final email letting them know I would be filling a formal complaint with the BBB and BOOM; got a call from Max who had called Walgreens pharmacy himself and got it straightened out. So I have my two prescriptions, I'm ready to start them both tomorrow. All in all, Ezcare helped me get it all worked out, their customer service was excellent once I got on board and put in my own effort and I'm not really sure who's fault it was, pharmacies that were uncomfortable filling a prescription from a doctor/clinic who was so far from me ... Or Maybe it was just not being familiar with new telahealth services, But eZcare came though once they realized how helpless I ultimately was in the situation. I will be using their services again for my follow up appointments until I can get into a more local psychiatrist.

EZCARE Clinic always responds back to you and they are just overall Wonderful.

This service has been so easy to deal with and the customer service has been amazing when small issues have come up. I have nothing but good things to say about them! They are extremely attentive and get the job done!

Easy to make appointments/ doctors are almost always over half hour late to appointment and seem to rush me off the phone.

I was very satisfied with my experience. The doctor was professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and was eager to put me on the right path. I have recommended and plan to use in the future.

I made an appointment for one time and got a text back saying the appointment was changed to an hour earlier because that was the only time available. That time didn't work for me. I texted the number given and they sent me back a canned message saying I could log on any time up to 25 minutes after the appointment. I clicked the link to log in and the doctor wasn't ready until 2 minutes before the original appointment. I clicked the link when they told me he was available and got a blank screen. I called Support and was told the doctor would call me. He never did. Now I am trying to get a refund. Don't waste your time or money.

Then today, I received an email scheduling me for an 11 AM appointment. No one called before to ask if that worked for me, they just scheduled me. The NP, Kendall, was very nice but gave me a questionnaire and told me I was not a candidate. That questionnaire could have been emailed to me and I could have saved $200. This was an absolute scam and I am not pleased. My review will stand.

Finally, Ethan Smith from Medvidi emailed me and said the provider reviewed my history, medications, etc and made a recommendation. I am a medical coder, and the short amount of time and quick review the NP did does not warrant a $200 bill. His final response was to tell me to call a number to dispute - which I did and they hung up on me. Do not waste your time or money with these people! Scammers and con artists.

I absolutely love this doctor!! I have seen them for anxiety and ADHD because I had an 8 month wait before I could see a psychiatrist after my last one closed doors due to staffing issues. They probably saved my life!!

The Dr I see listens to my concerns, and what I am working on. He is willing to work with me, and at the same time, he expresses concerns and gives advice. My prescriptions were filled and picked up 90 minutes after my appointment. By far, the most convenient and most productive way to be seen by a professional I have experienced. It's almost to good be true, so I am extremely thankful that I took a chance on this practice. I would recommend them to anyone, family, friends, business partners... from my experience, they only way that someone can be disappointed with EZ care, is if they refrain from taking the chance and opportunity to experience the team for themselves
