Save yourself a headache: go see a real doctor
I have used them 2 times. Both times there was HUGE issues getting medications and it’s taken 2+ weeks each time for them to get their s**t together. It’s always an issue about which pharmacies can actually take their online prescriptions. Then, if the pharmacy does not have it, you might need to change pharmacies again. If you finally find a pharmacy that can accept, GOOD LUCK IF YOU NEED ANY MODIFICATIONS FROM THE ORIGINAL SCRIPT! I still haven’t gotten my most recent medicine because I changed my mind after reading up on side-effects that I wanted IR instead of XR. Now, I get it. Sure, takes some time to update this stuff.. but I let them know same day just an hour after my appointment! So that was on the phone, silly me no paper trail, just verbal confirmation. Fast forward a few days later, hadn’t heard anything back. I email them to confirm, they were like “oh, nothing was added to your account about that change.” Okay, fine, one human error I can forgive. Again, I receive confirmation this will be forwarded to my doctor ASAP and they marked it “important” or something so it could be expedited. A few days later, still silence on all fronts. I text them this time, I get another confused “oh, well we never got this request” so again, I ask to get confirmation this request is received, and will be reviewed by my doctor. I don’t know if this will ever be resolved at this point. I’ve been through so many people and communicated across all platforms with them and have the paper trails. At this point, I just want a refund and I’ll just go to a real doctor!
***edit: After threats about refunds and calling them out for the BS reviews on their site (says their review on yelp is 5 stars, on yelp it’s 3.1), it magically got fixed in under an hour.

Hectic work/life schedule made ez…
I frequently travel for work and it has always been difficult ordinariness with Drs to schedule around my work. As I can’t schedule work trips around dr availability every month, I am usually booking last minute. Even so I usually have no issues booking 1-2 days before my refills are due. On the infrequent occasion my dr is unavailable, they have been fantastic at finding me another Dr so I don’t spend a week or more without my ADHD meds.
On occasion I have waited longer than usual for the Dr, but I’ve had worse delays in an office. At least I’m able to continue my day, whether working or enjoying the outdoors instead of stuck in a waiting room.
The three (3) different physicians I have see in the last year or two, have all been very knowledgeable, kind, caring and supportive. I cannot say how much more “ez” EZCare has made dealing with the monthly hassle of having to get new prescriptions for the medication I have been prescribed for over 40 years.

Your money will go down the drain and you may have deadly siezures
Make sure you are not scheduled with Dr. Jimmy Reichman. Not only was he 50 minutes late, but only prescribed me one of my medications and of course the team is doing absolutely nothing about it. I can have a seizure without and have in the past. I called the team and they tried telling me that I’d have to make (and pay $169 for AGAIN) to get my other medication. Just stay away from these people altogether. By the way he did not prescribe my other medication because it was at my mothers house, 10 minutes away, and he literally said he couldn’t wait after having me wait 50 minutes late and MEDvidi sometimes sends my prescriptions in as Schaeffer (maiden) and sometimes sends it in as Ercolino. Since this particular medication hadn’t been sent to the pharmacy under Ercolino (married name) he asked me to VERIFY that the prescription was going to me. Just bad vibes right off the bat and the funny thing is I chose him because he had many good reviews.

I decided to use Ezcare due to anxiety…
I decided to use Ezcare due to anxiety issues, saw a doctor on August 6th and he prescribed me medication to treat it, most pharmacies wouldn’t fill the prescription due to the type of medication prescribed, I almost lost hope in the process because it seem that no pharmacy will fil the prescription, however Ezcare never gave up and worked extremely hard to make sure I get my prescription, it took almost 3 weeks but I finally got it, thanks Ezcare!

I felt listened to and am very satisfied.
The physician was patient and thoughtful. He prescribed a medication that best fits my symptomatology and my age and life circumstances. I felt seen and heard and that's good medicine. I would recommend.

The Team at EZCARECLINIC home of the Mango Clinic always had your best interests at heart I have been with them for almost 8 months now and I have never had a single bad thing to say about them anyone the Clinical Team, the Customer Service and the Doctors are all Superb at what they do and I recommend them to everyone I come across struggling with mental Health issues… 5 stars across the board for everyone at EZCARECLINIC…. Without them I would be in a very dark place right now after my adolescent psychiatrist passed away suddenly in 2022 and left me feeling alone without my medication and no referrals; that’s when the Doctors at EZCARECLINIC took over and helped me every step of the way, with no judgement and great customer service….
