I ordered an eyelash serum at a really…

I ordered an eyelash serum at a really good price and received an email confirming my order. The payment also was taken from my bank. This morning I received an email stating my order has been cancelled due to problems with the payment. When I logged into my account with this company, it states that I cancelled my PayPal payment, which is totally untrue, as they have taken the payment. I should have checked the trust pilot reviews before ordering and now they haven't acknowledged any emails I've sent about this. If I don't hear back soon, I'll be taking the matter further. A lesson to be learned. Check all reviews before ordering from this company.
