5star experience.rate is competitively lower.

Car rent rate is competitively lower than others. Staffs are friendly and very accomodating.No addiditional charges afterwards, and with easy app everything is faster.

Dishonesty at its finest, Integrity at its worst

The original vehicle provided broke down in less than a day and could not be started. A replacement vehicle had to be delivered, and the original car was taken out of service. During that process, I was told over the phone that any fuel surcharge related to the non-operational vehicle would be waived due to the breakdown.

However, a bill was later issued that still included the fuel surcharge. When I asked about it, I was initially told there was no surcharge, even though the invoice reflected otherwise. After further clarification with their rental partner, the correct amount was confirmed and paid.

Well after the payment had already been completed, I was contacted and told the bill was unpaid and was directly threatened with a police case over an invoice that had already been settled. I had to provide proof of payment so they could verify their own records. Only after sending the receipt and following up again was the account finally confirmed as settled.

At no point was an apology provided for the incorrect records, the threat, or the confusion caused by their internal handling of the matter. This reflected poor communication and poor record-keeping.

This issue was not related to Salik tolls, fines, or external authority charges, which were handled without issue. The concern involved the handling of the fuel charge, conflicting information, and being threatened over a bill that had already been paid.

In your case, the vehicle was delivered with 5/8 bars of fuel and returned with 3/8 bars, resulting in a fuel charge.
