The cars are Rubbish

The cars are Rubbish, a lot of issues are ther in the cars, the company is literally a scam, and there’s no any kind of communication, the worst experience ever, I don’t like regretting anything in my like but i do regret dealing with those scammers

Fine service fee 60 dhs extra

I got 3 fines from RTA when rental time. The actual amount is 500 and there is a acknowledgement fees of 20 dhs is there from government side. They charged me 580 x 3. Three time also they charged 60 dhs service charge. Just looting the customer.

Please allow us to clarify the charges in detail.

As per the Terms and Conditions shared at the time of booking, any rental or non-rental charges—including traffic fines—are billed to the customer’s registered card. Kindly note that such charges may take 15–90 days after the rental ends to be finalized, as we rely on confirmation from external authorities such as the RTA and Dubai Police. Once received, the system automatically processes the charges and shares a detailed invoice via email within 24–48 hours.

Upon review, three traffic fines were issued during your rental period under the following references: #1926140439, #1926140780, and #1926141007. Each fine carries a base amount of AED 500 issued by the authorities.

In addition to the base fine, VAT and a service fee are applied as per our standard policy for processing non-rental charges. These charges are clearly outlined in the booking terms and are acknowledged during the rental process.

If you wish to dispute the fine amount or violation details, we kindly request you to contact the relevant authorities directly, as they are responsible for issuing and reviewing fines.

Best in class service.

My first experience with ezhire was great, No hassles, easy delivery and pick up. All the T&C were properly explained. One of the best places to book security free, fully insured daily/weekly rentals at affordable rates.
Service and cost as promised.

Poor Service & Support

1- You will get blamed for a damaged part that you were not responsible about.
2- There is a knowledge gap in the processes between the team and the manager. The team would say we will provide you with the Initial pictures to confirm the evidence and the Manager says we won’t provide as its “For Internal Use only.” which is shady and had me question why the pictures are bot provided as mostly it will reside with the fact that the damage is not on me maybe.
3- One of the worst Support teams to actually support you. No Justifications, no reasons, and no initial Pics when car brought is provided.
4- Very rude manager and he was proud of that actually. Surprised how Senior Management doesn’t pay attention to this most important part.
5- Reviews in Google, Insta, etc can tell you a lot already.
