Mel was amazing, I was very worried about my credit history affecting my application. I had no savings or anything to put as a deposit upfront for a car, due to personal circumstances. But I still applied to try anyway because I have a job and that was my only hope. I applied for finance in the morning, before I knew it I got a call from Mel hours later, advising she was able to get me approved for a car loan that same day. Mel was able to find me finance that best suited my needs. I didn't have the best credit score but she was still able to make it happen. I felt I could talk openly to her about other loans I had. She was very friendly and her process was fast. She was very approachable and I felt comfortable being able to reach out to her for any questions through out the process. Mel had always kept me updated on the application too. She was very understanding of my circumstances. She created a safe space for me to be able to openly talk to her about my finances. I felt like I had already known Mel. She also introduced me to a very nice car salesman. They both worked together to help me find the best car for me and my children. Mel turned my life around, this really meant alot to me. Mel went above and beyond to make sure I would find the right car. Mel even organised the car insurance for me. She made the whole process easy. I will definitely be going back to Mel again for finances in the future. I've already recommended Mel and the Ezilend team to my friends and families. She is by far the best I've come across. Thank you Mel for making one of my dreams come true.
