This has been the worst experience I have ever had ordering on-line. I purchased my order on April 25th, on May 6th finally received an email that my order just left processing. On May 24th, received another email that my order would arrive between June 7th - June 19th by 8:00 pm. On June 26th I contacted Ezusbuy again letting them know I have not received my order, they replied "we have coordinated with the warehouse and while working to update the tracking there was a system glitch which caused tracking updates to be delayed. We will issue store credit for your order and reship it via express shipping."

Since then I have email Ezusbuy 6 more times and left all my information on their customer service line three times, no return turn call, no return email, not surprise! Their customer service is horrible, they are thieve Buyers beware they takes your money.

In my experience, I have been totally disappointed with the service from EZUSBUY. They are not even based in the us, the products ship from CHINA! Furthermore, it has been 10 WEEKS and I have not received my product. Nothing, absolutely nothing. They provided a tracking ID that did not work, and once they finally got back to me, they offered me a coupon for my purchase amount to use in their store. I do not wish to use this company, why would I be happy with a promo code. I want a full refund!! Not interested with ANY PRODUCT they have to offer!!! Bullsh#t!!

All these other reviews are fake in my opinion! Do not use click bait on facebook, instagram or purchase items on any of those pesky ads on socia media accounts! They are all low quality and the products are cheap and sleezy.

Ordered a product almost two months ago. Received assurances it would arrive several times, and it’s still not received. Beware this scam!

I have order my item back in April. Still have yet received anything! I have called so many times! Left messages! Still no call back! I have emailed over and over! This is a big rip off! Don’t buy from this company! They will steal your money! I just want my money back!!! Do not do service with them! You will regret it!!!

Becoming VERY AGITATED with EXCUSES as to WHY an order is taking over TWO MONTHS for SHIPPING/DELIVERY..... WHERE THE HECK IS IT BEING SHIPPED FROM?? PLUTO???

I ordered products in April and it is now mid July and I have received nothing. I have emailed the company several times now and they keep claiming shipping issues. I have gotten scammed out of my money!! Do not give your business to this company unless you like being scammed out of your hard earned money!!! Terrible company!!!

I did not get my order. My tracking number said it was delivered so i contacted them. It was a mix up with the tracking so they gave me a new tracking number. 60 days later and still no product. Im contacting my bank to get ny money back. They said no refunds without sending back the product. I said what do you not understand? I did not receive the product and the new tracking number has no information (60 days later).

I ordered a brush from them and it's been over a year and I don't have my brush or a refund from them. They don't even respond any more to my emails. Buyer beware!!!!

My order no 16663 i placed order on dec 18 2018 they ve never sent me my product neither they gave my money back! Most worst part is they wont even answer their ph and return to your email! They will snatch your money! dacoit N fraud

Very very very poor service. I placed an order 4/8/2019 and it guaranteed delivery in 10-15 business days. I was given a fake tracking number. When I contacted ezusbuy they stated my package was held up in customs and gave me another fake tracking. It’s now 5/29/2019 and I have still yet to receive a package. I requested a refund on 5/15/2019 and was assured I would receive in 5-7 business days. No refund. I will never order from this company again and advise others to be careful and you don’t want to be scammed out of your money.

I ordered a product and was given a fake order/tracking number and its been a month since i bought the product.. 30 days. Shipping was supposed to be ONLY 1 to 15 business days. The worst customer service ever. Also not given a refund. I at least want my money back.

Scam beware i ordered a product from them and that same day i cancelled it and its been 21 days and no refund they said it would take 5-7 days and now there saying next week well its been long enough and no one every answers the phone .Then i just got an email saying there sending out my shipment that i don't want and cancelled if i do get a refund i will update my review but i don't think it going to happen

I ORDERED THE EZ CAVITAT FAT & CELLULITE REMOVER BACK IN MARCH - DELIVERY DATE POSTED 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT AND WHEN I REACH OUT TO EZUSBUY THEY TELL ME ITS SHIPPING IN APRIL, NOW THEY STATING IT WILL SHIP IN MAY! THEY SENT ME A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER AND CONTINUE TO TELL ME ITS NOT AT THE PORT? .... I AM OUT $65.00!!

I ordered a product, and they took the money out of my account, and never sent an order confirmation email. I contacted them they said the order was being processed. I waited two weeks contacted them again, they said it would ship in 5-7 days and they would email me. I still never received order confirmation from them. I waited two more weeks never got the shipping email. Contacted them again they gave me the tracking info. I waited on the tracking info to update for 2 weeks. Finally I had a delivery date. The day it was to be delivered i found out they sent it to the wrong state. I contacted them again and they apologized and said they would Express ship me another one. I wait 3 weeks for info. Contacted them again and they gave me the tracking number. After a month of waiting for tracking info to update i contacted them and asked for a refund. They said no problem it would be 5-7 business days to get my money back. The money was due back into my account on Feb 27, 2019. I still have not received my money back. Now the company will not answer any calls, even when I have left multiple messages, I have emailed them countless times with no response. They took me for $65.99. This company is a joke. Buyer beware!!!!!! Wish I would have done more research on this company. They have done this multiple times.

I loved their products.I m really sattisfied with their lovely service.

Managment was good. I preferred their administration so much. Products was astonishing in this comapny. I will prescribe to all my family and companions.

Placed an order in December, have still not gotten it! They keep telling me it will be here next week or I can get a refund, neither have happened. This place is a scam do not buy from them!

Do not buy anything from this company. Its based in China and any favorable reviews must be written by them. I purchased the fat burning device from them in Dec. Its Feb and still no response. I asked for a refund and they said they was sending it weeks ago. Still no refund. I contacted a consumer group out of United Nations and this company does not exist on any books in China. My next step is to contact the FBI and report them. I could only imagine how many US Citizens they have scammed through this company.
