SCAM. I ordered a product in September and NEVER received it! Even with lots of messages back and forth to their "customer service" it's never been resolved. They refuse to send it to me and they REFUSE to give me a refund. And now they are ignoring me all together. HORRIBLE COMPANY I would not suggest it to anyone. Do not order from them. I ordered from them in September and never received it. I never even got the tracking number. Every time I contact them via e-mail they give me a new delivery date. And every time it’s the same excuse that it’s stuck in customs. It’s been almost four months now and I don’t think I’m getting anything or getting my money back. I got the belt shock too off of Facebook from this site & I was very skeptical but it works. I’m starting to see the difference. Took 3 1/2 weeks to receive but it was worth the wait. The customer service agents via email were very nice. I don’t order stuff online often but this was a good buy.

I placed my order in September and still have yet to receive it. The tracking number i got with the order never worked! I contacted them through Facebook messenger as directed. I got a fast response that my package was stuck in customs for sometime now and they will reship it. They would give me the new tracking number and never did. It's now almost December and I still have not received my order. The address listed on my credit card statement is for an address in Brooklyn NY. So if it's supposedly coming from that address how is it stuck in customs? I did a google search of the address. It seems to be a residential apartment building. I order online all the time and have never been ripped off. I trusted them with my businesses based on all these "wonderful " reviews online and facebook comments. After doing research there are a bunch of people who never received their products from them. So where did the reviews come from? Fake, made up, bought? I would not recomend anyone give them your information, it seems to be a scam to me. Luckily with the help of my credit card company I was credited my money back. Never ever order online with a bank card! Credit card only!
