it's been a while since I used this service. They have changed their products. Unfortunately the best cards are not available any more(( but after contacting their support team and chatting with Sam I followed the recommendations given and purchased a Gold card. It worked! They are still offering good service. The product is really good and loved the way the agent talked to me - polite, kind and patient (I had a lot of doubts about the new cards they offer so I loaded Sam with endless questions). Thank you Sam for being so patient).

SCAM
I purchased one of their cards in 2021 and never used it now when I try to use it they tell me it expired and won't give me a refund. This is a scam company stay away.

I have been using this service for about 8 months constantly. Service is top notch, well thought out and well laid out. Only small issue I would like them to rectify is to make checking of the balance easier. without having to do endless captchas and then wait for for 12 hours. Apart from this, Their service is top notch.

I recently bought 2 cards Violet and Gold from Ezzocard. Gold didn't work for me but the Violet was good. It worked at the merchant I needed. The customer service was outstanding too. I spent almost an hour chatting with Sam. Highly recommend ezzocard for their great products and excellent support!

I’ve used Ezzocard for a few virtual cards now, and I have to say the overall experience is positive. The cards work seamlessly, and the website is easy to navigate. However, I did experience a small delay with the card delivery once. Still, customer support was quick to resolve it, so I’m happy with the service.

First of all I cannot but express my fascination with the customer service. I happened to speak to different agents and all exceeded my expectations! They are friendly and knowledgeable and if there's something they don't know they will not lie to you and say as it is. Sincerity is a rare thing nowadays. Definitely recommend!

Am a regular customer. I have never had any issue and I definitely recommend it. My favorite was the Black but unfortunately they are not available anymore. Found another good option for me though)) If you a new buyer I would recommend contacting the support for assitance first. The agents will help you to pick the right card for you! They are always there when you need them and always polite and helpful.

Nat, the agent, is always friendly and helpful! The product (Gold card) is of great applicability, probably the best of all the kinds they offer.

Cons: the card was declined at every merchant I tried.
Pros:
- quick response to my email(didn't expect to receive a reply in less than half an hour),
- acknowledging back that there was an issue with the card,
- resolving the issue in the most efiicient and timely matter,
getting replacement.

Unfortunately I couldn't use the card and had to return it. Should have bought a different one which I did later. So, I contacted support via live chat. Tan took the case and had it resolved within 10 min. Great customer service. Fast and efficient.

After another try getting a card I got it the first time was my mistake of not understanding crypto

I would prefer more payment options and clearer pricing but overall good

no card issued on the website, support email found in Junk, bit slow and painful and needed it for when i ordered, but got there in the end

I appreciate the security features and ease of use, but I did have a minor activation issue that was quickly resolved.

The purchasing process is easy, and the cards are reliable. My only suggestion would be to add more payment methods.

I had a smooth experience using Ezzocard, though I think the fees could be a little more competitive.

This is a scam. Support does not exist, payment is never refunded, website is half broken. DO NOT pay them!
