I bought their luggage in Miami US and it got completely damaged after only two holidays. I can provide the receipt but they don’t refund me saying, there are lots of fakes!!!!

Bought replacement wheels, unfortunately didn't fit so emailed to see if I can return but no one bothered to reply. Also terrible packaging no bubble wrap just put into a bag bag. £11.99 gone to waste!!

Bought a product from a retailer in Cardiff, we live in North Yorkshire so can’t go back to the retailer. Within 2months of purchase the axle has sheared off the shopping trolley near the wheel and is now unusable! I have emailed the info@ and the sales@ email addresses on the Ezzyrol website. The sales@ email was blocked and bounced back and the company have not even replied to my enquiry about a spare axle to purchase from the info@ address. I have emailed them 3 times now and still nothing. Absolutely appalling customer service! It’s not like I’m after a refund, just want to buy a spare part! Rubbish!!!!!
