The race was just finished when I wanted to watch the race from the start. You get to choose between watching live or from the start. I selected “from the start” and no matter I did it just showed up live showing the celebrations. Complete spoiler!

Is that so difficult to do right?

The constant buffering every few seconds is beyond irritating and absolutely ruins the overall viewing pleasure.
And how about replacing the Frenchman Simon with someone a lot more understandable and a whole lot more easier on the eyes,

What a horrible app. I paid for a year and have had multiple customer service experiences. I doubt very much that FIA is aware or responsible for this product. The quality is the worst on the market, does not matter if you hook up your laptop or stream at your tv. Unbelievable that FIA is putting it’s name on this product. Shame on you for not taking your customers seriously and disrespecting the fans in general.

I payed one year subscription. Recently I report that the last three races the apple TV app (where I watch with my family) is not working. The answer was auto replays without any concern for the customer. Due to a lack of customer support, I cancelled the subscription and got an email informing me that I can still use it until march 2024. Today I cannot log because I need to subscribe. If you are thinking about subscribing this service, please check other options. They don’t have a real customer support and show no respect for their clients.

My fiber gets me 450mb down and 225mb up. I've got a one year old Samsung tv. The F1 app buffers almost every minute over every race. Very frustrating as a paying customer. I'll be finding another way to watch.

for the first time we have F1.com, but what a terrible connection, bad quality. Everybody is complaining here. What are they going todo to make it better?

The service itself is garbage. Not just the app. The web service the customer service everything about F1TV is garbage.
Better off paying for espn. After paying for the app I was able to watch the first race of the season and that’s it.
Ever since then it won’t load, I have delete re downloaded the app, requested a new password. Nothing rectified the problem.
I contact F1TV directly and was told because the payment was made through apple they can’t do anything to help me.
I contacted apple stating the issues and requested to cancel and refund and apple said they can’t issue a refund.

All in all I will never pay for this subscription again

They take your money, but do not provide the service you purchased!
If you then request a refund, they simply decline!

So I ordered F1TV via the Apple App in March. Account never worked. I was told from F1 to please wait for a week to a month for it to work and if it doesnt ill get a refund.
It still didnt work so I contacted them again for a refund since it didnt work. They said they cant do anything about it and to contact apple about the refund.
Apple said its too late for that, since they processed the money to F1TV already.
F1 makes empty promises about a call. Then says ill get a full refund, but they just managed to get a workaround to give me a (not really) functioning account for the full 65€ (after half the season has passed).
But Ì never asked for that, I wanted a refund.
Stay away from this service, F1TV is money hungry and will do everything they can to keep your money if theres problems.

First of, I can't even write a review with no stars! I have to select one star to write this! Not deserved.
I subscribed to the F1 Pro for $89.59 and mistyped my email address. After a half dozen emails back and forth, it was changed to the correct one, so it recognizes my account now - but I haven't been able to watch anything because EVERTHING including races are locked out. Another dozen email back and forth and still no resolution, just the usual patronizing "working on it" replies. It's such a simple fix! No response at all to the demand that they refund me.

Absolutely awful service! Asked support to change my address and they ask me to do the same as I already tried. Useless. Do not use.

I like watching F1 but there's a lack of features on the app on the website. For example, all the video content is in english, that's not a problem. The problem is that not all videos come with subtitles, which can be hard to understand if english isn't your main language, or if you're deaf you basically can't watch them.

The second problem is that on the app or website you can't have the F1 Live and watch other cameras as the time but in Canal+ (french television) you can have multiple view.

The last feature that I hate is that you can only have 6 devices at all time. I pay a subscription that I share with my family and the problem is that they have 2 apps (Formula 1 & F1TV) on apple or android and if you use both of them it counts as 2 devices and in a family 6 devices goes fast espiecally if you have 2 apps.

I'll change my review the day they change there policies and fix the lack of features.

You have the worst f#@king app on the worst platforms. I have all the tech but to watch f1 I have to plug in a piece of s#!t dongle into all my tech that is far superior because you need as many people as possible to have a poor viewing experience because your servers can't handle the bandwidth of people streaming in 4k

I subscribed to the F1 TV app and paid for the whole year, but wasn't able to sign in. When I contacted the app developer, they claimed I didn't pay and asked me to pay again. I sent them the proof of payment, but they just ignored me and so did Google Play. So despite paying, I don't have access to the service.

Nice to be able to watch F1, but too much lagging. It's unwatchable on my device unless I turn down the quality and go back a minute. I don't have lag issues with other streaming services. They need to improve this

Long time fan. F1 TV fails on every device in the neighborhood. Resizing and dropping out, freezing and stuttering picture. The support team is just a bunch of pre-written auto response emails. Very poor service with very poor support.

To many bugs in the app + streaming speed isn't satisfying at all. You guys have to do something about that

I’ve watched F1 since the 70s and the way the sport has gone just shows what a corrupt world we live in, full of greedy rich folk who want to ruin it for everyone else! Max V suks
