If Sky Sport replace the stuttering and er, and er..Crofty with Paul DiResta I will start watching. Until then I refuse to listen to commentary punctuated with er, erm, and er from David Croft who has nowhere near the knowledge of DiResta

complete trash... go subscribe to Skylink or rather pirate it somewhere as pirate links are significantly faster than this piece of garbage

Absolutely horrendous service! I can't even stream via URL on my MacBook Pro because my OS is too freaking new! Can you believe that they only support MacOS Catalina for streaming live races on the web? That's a prehistoric 4-year-old system! Seriously, who on earth is still using that ancient version? To make matters worse, the live stream on AppleTV via their pathetic app is nothing but a buffering, choppy mess. I've had it, and I've cancelled my subscription. Save yourselves the headache and stay as far away as possible from this disaster. It's beyond belief that F1 could be this abysmally behind. I expected way more from them!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So far I have written them 20 times and so far they have not yet even answered my question I sent in my first email. I just don’t know what to do, it’s like they are talking to another person who isn’t me 😢

This is a terrible app. Very buggy and just doesn't work all the time. I just purchased an annual subscription and I very much regret it. I'm trying to get a refund as I type. Do your research, many many people have problems with this app.

F1 TV: to get my business back, make it easy to cast from my phone/computer to a TV and don't sell my identity to every spam advertiser on all continents, (I wouldn't be surprised to learn there is even one on Antartica.) The only devices I can use this app on is my computer or my phone. Last year it was possible to airplay to my TV/monitor. The greedy corporate bean counters apparently determined this was too much of a concession to us peons who forked out the money for an annual subscription. Coupled with selling my identity to the horde of advertisers, if I try and edit out the horde then the functionality is limited. I should be paid for the time I've spent frustrated trying to have a decent user experience. No more, NOT renewing my subscription. I'll use my VPN to watch the BBC summary. My view of F1 is totally changed: it isn't a sport, it is another corporate manipulation.

During qualifying and the race itself the video had to buffer a lot. If this happens during the next grand prix as well i will demand my money back.
I have terrific bandwith and no have problem with other websites or streaming services.

The buffering is terrible, never had these issues on Spark Sport...

Clear lack of bandwidth. Constant buffering and freezers regardless of my 1Gbps fiber connection. No value here!

Typical monopolistic approach…. High prices no service! Arrogant and obnoxious “tech” support…Liberty Media SUCKS!

The worst streaming app in the history of streaming apps.

The last year, it has run with no problems at all.
It is just perfect.

Tried to tune in yesterday for the Grand Prix. The race was on the app, wouldn't play and then disappeared. Unbelievable. We missed a race because we used the app.

Absolutely appalling, video plays for about 5 seconds then buffers, and that's just constant. Races are completely unwatchable.

Streaming buffers many times during races despite fast fiber connection for the internet and support is terrible!
They only provide chromecast (no tv app) and it works terribly!
What they do ask you silly questions when you reach support!

Sept 11, 2022. F1 tv app constantly stopping and starting. Picture fuzzy. Race unwatchable. Unfortunately paid annually.

Absolutely terrible way to have to access Formula One. The site doesn't load, allow you to log on, is constantly telling you to update subscriptions and pay yet again for a terrible show, with awful commentators and a website that is complicated to navigate and which chops up the event into stupid segments so you have to hunt around constantly for the live coverage. I WISH F1 had never been bought by this terrible company who just don't know how to present a sport to the public efficiently and easily. Hate it! Hate it! Hate it!!!!! Find ANY other way to watch F1 and stop paying these scammers for their awful problem beset service.

Absolute crap. Can't even get a an uninterrupted broadcast even with replays 2 hours after the gp is over. Stopped watching live a few months ago its so bad. I have fibernet with lightning speeds and still get pauses of up to a minute every 2 or 3 minutes. Stopped my pro subscription after a year. No brainer...

The worst streaming experience ever, watching the race in 240p then 1080p then again 240p. It does not matter which device you are using (all high end devices). On mobile devices ever minute the stream buffers making the stream lagging behind the live stream. When you want to go live again from the stream the stream crashes, not the app.

Gonna stop using f1 tv and start using viaplay, viaplay works perfect where f1 lags behind

The quality of the live streaming has dropped in the last few years. It's pretty bad. The video is about 35 seconds behind the audio...big lags...drops off...etc.. Really!! This is 2022, get it together F1TV. They want you to watch F1 Live with their new commentators and do away with F1 International with Martin Brundle and Crofty. Martin and Crofty are legends... have been around for years!!
