I never received my package.on the link…
I never received my package.on the link to track my package it just says that it has been dispatched, but nothing more. Was supposed to arrive almost two weeks ago. I have not gotten an email or anything about the package since it has been dispatched.

Tried to cancel an order in under an hour
Yesterday, l ordered a product from Fab Finches, in less than an hour, after l ordered, l realised, l did not need the product, l promptly search their website found customer support online form.
It advised to either use the form, or email sales.
I used the form, explaining that less than an hour ago, l made a purchase, that l have found out, that l don't need, please cancel.
However, it seems that the department that processes your order, is faster than customer services.
There did not seem to be a phone number that l could call, a human that l could speak to, to say, please stop this order, l don't need the product.
I received the unwanted product today, and obviously lost £25.00 of my money.
I know have to go through the returns process.
I think Fab Finches, check your customer enquiry forms more frequently.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, great products and great prices, my items arrived so quickly, neatly packed into a box. I was shocked at suck prompt service! Order placed on the 9th of Jan, despite royal mail strikes, order received by the 12th of Jan.
I will be using this service again!
