I have ordered several products for a wedding in the UK. My own kurta had a very visible defect at the front due to sunlight exposure. My partner's kurta simply never arrived. I have sent several complaints and I have never received a refund for the missing kurta that I paid 60$ back in June. It's now 5 months and counting! Outrageous!

Very bad customer experience
Made a substantial order in august but heard nothing more. I contacted them, allowing 5 weeks considering the global situation. Only then did they inform me that none of the goods were available. They promised to refund my money. 10 days later I am still waiting. Will probably have to resort to PayPal to get money back.
Very disappointing. I can’t in all honesty advise anyone to buy online from this company.

Fabindia provides tradition attires and it ranges above 4K. They provide attires of different qualities like linen, silk, cotton, etc. They are well known and usually comes with a proper fitting. However, sometimes alteration is needed.

Horrible customer service.
Recently bought a Linen Woven Chambray Sari for INR 8k, but the color seems to be fading away so soon? If so much money is paid for a single piece of clothing, all we expect is basic quality, yes?
When we called the customer service they were so rude to us and yelled at us. Overrated and overpriced. Stay away.
